Football is over. It's the dead of Winter. Now what? We still have the daily grind, but that's a given whatever time of year. What do we do now?
For me, it’s getting through February.

Taking it incrementally.

If I can get to March 1 with my sanity intact, I know that Daylight Savings is less than 2 weeks away, followed by the 1st Day of Spring.

MLB Opening Day is March 29 this year, and for me, that’s the real 1st Day of Spring.

The family and I have a Spring Break getaway planned (Mar 29) and that’s what keeps me moving for the next 7 weeks.

February is the month that lasts 8 weeks.
I still have snow on the ground where I live. The next city over, or one of them does not. So I have been enjoying driving down there and seeing bare pavement and sidewalks.

If I were still in the mountains we would be gearing up to celebrate SOB day. Or Sun over Buckskin day. It is the day that the sun passes over Buckskin. And it is one of the best celebrations ever. I miss it.
Darts, target practice, some woodworking projects, sheet rock my music room. Just to name a few.
You could always do stuff with snow.......

Fishing, fishing was there before football, and now after football.
But catching them is sometimes as hard as catching a Brady bomb! hah
The NBA has a lot of amazing talent and it's very competitive.

I haven't been able to watch many of the games this season, unfortunately.

But, the play-offs start on April 14th and I'll be watching those games no matter what! (I hope)

Believe it or not, I prefer college basketball over NBA.

I have a couple of friends who love college basketball and really get into March Madness. I don't watch it much, but it's definitely fast-paced and fun to watch the future stars from all the schools on the court.

The Rockets may give your squad a run for their money this spring.

They are really, really good.

The Rockets are tough this year, for sure. Your Timberwolves are doing really well this season too.

I saw the current Western Conference standings yesterday: 1. Warriors, 2. Rockets, 3. Timberwolves, 4. Spurs, 5. Thunder.
