Huh?! What the hell...I live in the mid-atlantic damnit. It's snowing lightly & I wasn't aware that it could turn into something more. Nooooooo.

I got my parents here from Florida. Lots of home cooked action going on (thanks Mom!), lots of alcohol available, toys, games, fun, and snow shovels. I'm ready, bitches.

i'll bet your Mom is thrilled to be there for a monster blizzard rather than in florida playing bingo. hah

it just started here, (we're supposed to get 18") and i ran out for milk, every asshole in this town was at the store, it was like bumper cars and cut-throat for milk and bread. it looked like the idiots in florida every time a hurricane was coming. beer! beer! get all the beer in the store! aggghhhhhhh got to be shitfaced when the storm hits!

After tromping all over the poor Bills, the NE Patriots got onto their bus..and made it as far as..Rochester. It seems our city is hosting them overnight because they can't make it hime. Signs_173

Last week when I went to the bus stop with my daughter there was a bird in the bushes that was just staying on a branch I reached in and touched his head and he still just sat there on the branch, it was real cold and I wanted to put him in my pocket. Then he flew off. Kinda strange it was.

shit. we're supposed to get 60mph winds until midnight. i am so lucky i still have power. so far.

CAPE COD TIMES
December 27, 2010

Strong winds brought down more power lines this morning and expanded the number of NStar customers without power, mostly on the Cape and in Plymouth.

About 17,000 NStar customers are now without power, an increase of about 7,000 from earlier this morning, according to an NStar spokesman at 11 a.m.

I just walked over to the loading docks to check the trucks and noticed a few trees bent over like a hooker in Vegas. So I went around checking doors were locked and stopped at the back door just in time to see a 100ft pine snap in half, it sounded like a shotgun. Damn it's windy out there. All alone here now, I think I will hang out for another hour then go home and spend 2 hrs snowblowing, shoveling etc. But if it's gonna be this windy I may as well just do a path for now to the wood pile and say fuck the rest till it stops.

Yes the I remember back in the day, when plow drivers seemed to play a game of how many mailboxes they could take down in a row. Over the years, they got mine twice, and YES, they (town) did send a guy to replace my mailbox, both times. But in the meantime before they came to perminently replace it, I had to put up a temp box so I could get mail delivery. hah
