There really should be some sort of estimation for the nutrients that can be involved like vitamin C and salt. Of course there are others as well and all young folks know about the active ingredient that cures acne. Some of these nutrients and active ingredients contain enough calories that they should be counted as well.

Let's remember people safe sex saves lives. If in doubt, get out.
