Right about now, Nwa court is in full effect.
Judge Dre presiding in the case of Nwa versus the police department.
Prosecuting attourneys are Mc Ren, Ice Cube, and Eazy muthafuckin E.
Order, order, order. Ice Cube, take the muthafuckin stand.
Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth
and nothin but the truth so help your black ass?
<You're goddamn right!>
Why don't you tell everybody what the fuck you gotta say?

Fuck tha police
Comin straight from the underground
Young nigga got it bad cuz I'm brown
And not the other color so police think
They have the authority to kill a minority

Fuck that shit, cuz I ain't tha one
For a punk muthafucka with a badge and a gun
To be beatin on, and throwin in jail
We could go toe to toe in the middle of a cell

Fuckin with me cuz I'm a teenager
With a little bit of gold and a pager
Searchin my car, lookin for the product
Thinkin every nigga is sellin narcotics

You'd rather see me in the pen
Then me and Lorenzo rollin in the Benzo
Beat tha police outta shape
And when I'm finished, bring the yellow tape
To tape off the scene of the slaughter
Still can't swallow bread and water

I don't know if they fags or what
Search a nigga down and grabbin his nuts
And on the other hand, without a gun they can't get none
But don't let it be a black and a white one
Cuz they slam ya down to the street top
Black police showin out for the white cop

Ice Cube will swarm
On any muthafucka in a blue uniform
Just cuz I'm from the Cpt, punk police are afraid of me
A young nigga on a warpath
And when I'm finished, it's gonna be a bloodbath
Of cops, dyin in La
Yo Dre, I got somethin to say

Fuck the police (4x)

<Example of scene one:
<Pull your goddamn ass over right now.>
<Ah shit, what the fuck you pullin me over for?>
<Cuz I feel like it. Just sit your ass on the curb and shut the fuck up.>
<Man, fuck this shit.>
<Alright smartass, I'm takin' your black ass to jail.>
M. C. Ren, will you please give your testimony to the jury about this fucked up
incident.>

Fuck tha police and Ren said it with authority
because the niggaz on the street is a majority.
A gang, is with whoever I'm stepping
and the motherfuckin' weapon
is kept in a stash box, for the so-called law
wishin' Ren was a nigga that they never saw

Lights start flashin behind me
But they're scared of a nigga so they mace me to blind me
But that shit don't work, I just laugh
Because it gives em a hint not to step in my path

To the police I'm sayin fuck you punk
Readin my rights and shit, it's all junk
Pullin out a silly club, so you stand
With a fake assed badge and a gun in your hand

But take off the gun so you can see what's up
And we'll go at it punk, I'ma fuck you up

Make ya think I'm a kick your ass
But drop your gat, and Ren's gonna blast
I'm sneaky as fuck when it comes to crime
But I'm a smoke em now, and not next time

Smoke any muthafucka that sweats me
Or any assho that threatens me
I'm a sniper with a hell of a scope
Takin out a cop or two, they can't cope with me

The muthafuckin villian that's mad
With potential to get bad as fuck
So I'm a turn it around
Put in my clip, yo, and this is the sound
Ya, somethin like that, but it all depends on the size of the gat

Takin out a police would make my day
But a nigga like Ren don't give a fuck to say

Fuck the police (4x)

<Yo, man, what you need?
Police, open now. We have a warrant for Eazy-E's arrest.
Get down and put your hands up where I can see em.
Just shut the fuck up and get your muthafuckin ass on the floor.
[huh?]>

<Yo Eazy-E, why don't you step up to the stand
and tell the jury how you feel abou this bullshit.>

I'm tired of the muthafuckin jackin
Sweatin my gang while I'm chillin in the shackin
Shining tha light in my face, and for what
Maybe it's because I kick so much butt

I kick ass, or maybe cuz I blast
On a stupid assed nigga when I'm playin with the trigga
Of any Uzi or an Ak
Cuz the police always got somethin stupid to say

They put up my picture with silence
Cuz my identity by itself causes violence
The E with the criminal behavior
Yeah, I'm a gansta, but still I got flavor

Without a gun and a badge, what do ya got?
A sucka in a uniform waitin to get shot,
By me, or another nigga.
and with a gat it don't matter if he's smarter or bigger
[Mc Ren: Size don't mean shit, he's from the old school, fool]

And as you all know, E's here to rule
Whenever I'm rollin, keep lookin in the mirror
And there's no cue, yo, so I can hear a
Dumb muthafucka with a gun

And if I'm rollin off the 8, he'll be tha one
That I take out, and then get away
And while I'm drivin off laughin
This is what I'll say

Fuck the police (4x)

<The verdict.
The jury has found you guilty of bein a redneck,
whitebread, chickenshit muthafucka.
Wait, that's a lie. That's a goddamn lie.
I want justice! I want justice!
Fuck you, you black muthafucka!>

Fuck the police (3x)

There isn't anything wrong with being black, or brown or white. The problem is when a black person gets asked to leave a yogurt shop by the cops because the workers are uncomfortable. He is a vetran btw, and he was doing his job at the moment as a visitation supervisor for a family.
The problem is when a black security officer gets killed by a cop for doing his job and saving people's lives.
It is a fucking tragedy.
If you are white and have a gun, most likely you will live. If you are black, you may die.
Also, I wasn't saying I was virtuous, or that anyone here was not. My words were written from the perspective of a " woke" person.
To be a feminist is simply to believe that everybody should be treated equally, regardless of sex. It means you think that there should be equality of the sexes economically, socially, politically and personally. When you put it like that, it’s surely difficult for anybody to deny being a feminist. But for such a simple concept, it is often dramatically misunderstood.

"Most likely" and "may" mean pretty similar, huh?

Really what you are saying is when bad things happen to peopel (irrespective of colour) this is a bad thing. I agree. How woke am I?

Most human beings agree that sex trafficing is bad, terrorism is bad, murdering is bad, stealing, bullying, molesting...
Not everyone agrees on sexism and racism.
Not everyone sees the problem with black people being asked to leave an establishment-because of the color of their skin, not because of anything they have done. Not everyone sees the problem with cops being called, or with people who call the cops on a black person because they are in the pool-or in my neighborhood-they might be a thief! Come and save me!
I am pretty sure that white people have not had the cops called on them to the extent that black people have.
Then add to this that their lives are in danger-simply for being black.

I saw 2 kids playing in their yards with toy guns the other day and I was just thinking, "If they were black someone might call the cops on them" I also thought-those kids could get shot.

Have you heard the story of the black security guard who was stopping a gunman from shooting up the place he was working at? He lost his life-why?

Don't dismiss this issue simply by saying, "Well, there are a lot of bad people out there, who do alot of bad things."

This is a problem with the society that allows cops to take people out of eating establishments for the color of their skin.

If I had a gun and the cops showed up it would not be in my hand no matter what the circumstance. It's not racism, it's an IQ test that he failed. If I was Rodney King and ran from the cops and didn't listen to commands they would have beat the shit out of me the same way. Ask Reginald Denny if he should have stopped his truck instead of making ink stains out of those mother fuckers who beat his head in.

You have made such a great point. Thank you, CASBA Come again soon, bring others.

I don't like using the words,"Every human being" Even when it has to do with murder-I dont know how a murderer feels or if they like killing people.
But focusing on these word choices isn't really the point is it?

I was about to re-explain the difference of living in America as a black person verses as a white person, but I have already done that. Perhaps you don't see the disparity, or think that it is significant, or significant enough that something should be done about it.

So, if you are a security guard, and you have a guy on the ground-who had a gun-not sure where that gun is in this story-but at what point do you take your knee out of this guy's back and drop your gun? Or do you put it away? I'm not sure-is it when the cop pulls up in the cop car? Do you put your arms up? With your knee remaining in the shooter?

Here is at least one article about that story if you haven't heard about it:

CHICAGO — A suburban Chicago alderman called Tuesday for Cook County prosecutors to investigate the fatal shooting of a black security guard by a white police officer outside the bar where the guard worked.
Authorities have said little about the scene that ended early Sunday with the death of 26-year-old Jemel Roberson, who was apparently wearing a hat emblazoned with “security” across the front when he was shot outside Manny’s Blue Room in Robbins, a predominantly black community just south of Chicago.
At the time, according to witnesses and a lawsuit, Roberson was attempting to detain a suspect in a separate shooting that wounded several other people at the tavern.
“Here is a security guard who is subduing a suspect,” but the officer “just sees a black man with a gun and kills him,” Alderman Keith Price said.

Price said he learned from witnesses that there are security cameras inside and outside the bar. He urged the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office to launch an investigation.

The Illinois State Police declined to comment on their investigation. A spokeswoman for the sheriff’s department, which is also investigating, said she did not know if there were security cameras at the bar.

Another security guard at the tavern said that the officer jumped onto the bar and waved an assault rifle before running outside and fatally shooting the guard, an attorney said Tuesday.

Gregory E. Kulis, who on Monday filed a civil rights lawsuit against the officer and the community where he works, said the surviving guard told him that the officer pointed a gun at him until he screamed at him that he was a security guard.

“That’s when he jumped off the bar, waving the gun, and ran outside the door,” said Kulis, who declined to identify the other security guard. The name of the officer, who is from the community of Midlothian, has not been released either.
In a statement, Midlothian Police Chief Daniel Delaney said only that the officer shot “a subject with a gun.”

Kulis said he is trying to gather information about the officer, who he said came to the Midlothian department four years ago from another department and is a member of a SWAT team.

Footage from surveillance or body cameras could explain whether Roberson was clearly identifiable as a security guard. Audio could determine what, if anything, was said to the officer before the shooting and whether, as witnesses have told the media, they shouted to the officer before he fired that Roberson was a security guard.

Such footage could also help investigators determine what kind of charges should be filed against the man who is suspected of firing a gun inside the bar. The man was one of four people who suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

In his $1 million federal lawsuit, Kulis contends that the officer who shot Roberson violated the man’s 4th Amendment rights against unreasonable searches and seizures.
“The use of force is considered a seizure, and he needed probable cause to use force and he did not have that,” he said.

(I left out the part of related shootings. You can go to the article to read that)

I see the disparity. I read about it almost daily. It's a big problem, even in places where the people are way more sophisticated & diverse than those in rural areas.

Nope, nope, nope.

If that upsets, triggers, or offends anyone, let me repeat.

Nope, nope, nope.

People are horrible creatures the further you move out f your circle of acquaintances. Misunderstandings or irrationality cause people to be evil, nasty, cruel and you will find NO shortage of anecdotal evidence IF you look to make any point you want.

You mentioned some kids got arrested for being black. I am calling bullshit. I bet it was more likely that there was some dumbarse apportioning an intent on them based on some stupid reason and acted irrationally. Then at the end of the day they AFTER being arrested were righjtly shown as NOT having that intent and the person escalating this being a dumbarse.

I know, I know you go automatically to intent and you COULD be right but this is NOT proved because of their skin colour. Again, it does not EXCLUDE this possibility. Bu people getting shit wrong or making irrational decisions is not an automatic default to an "ism". Sometimes people are are fucking stupid, irrational, retarded, crazy or completely misunderstand/misinterpret/misread things.

Here is one that has NOTHING to do with race (presumable)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4N7e2FohN4A&t=3s
explain the reasoning behind this terrible tragedy. Now in my mind it is (as the other two instances you bought up) a case of peopel doing terrible things to a victim who did not deserve the treatment they got and the person who attacked them was acting irrationally and immorally and was in the wrong.

The difference of course is rather obvious. The other two case you took the logical leap and presume it happened BECAUSE the person was black and therefore this threw them into fates's destructive path. It is rather stupid. Because sometimes people do things BECAUSE of racism and sometimes they don't. My example is as egregious and as irrational and was not more race based.

It is a mistake and transparent virtue signaling to treat all white on black or black on white incidents as NECESSARILY race-based. It i lazy, stupid and intellectually dishonest.

Fry guy, where did I mention that a kid was arrested?

This is not just people being mean to others-

The man, black or not should not have been asked to leave the shop where he was just doing a job and not doing a crime.

Also- agsin- this isn't just about people being mean- it is about people losing their life.

Look, mister. Racism is alive & well in the United States. It's not hidden away, it's blatant and it happens everyday across America. There IS such a thing as white privilege, it's a fact of life here. You don't have to believe it, many Americans don't, you, and them, are being willfully ignorant, again, you don't have to believe it, neither do they but it's a fact nonetheless.

If you're feeling guilty about your white privilege then go take a stroll in the ghetto and you can experience racism too.
