I've seen that before, it's nauseating. Even moreso that I can't eat any meat anymore since having covid and my smell and taste becoming distorted. It smells to me like sewage and makes me gag. Seafood still tastes good to me though.

Pork brains have natural brain fat to help make them tasty. Cauliflower is bland and still tastes kind of meh even with some salt and pepper.
