The overnight oat/chia mix is great I love it! Flavored with cardomom.
I also made a pumpkin chia pudding with the left over pumpkin puree I had, alone it isn't great. I added yogurt and am eating the 2 oats and puddings together and it is fine. I only packed a little for my meals today tho in case it wasn't good and I couldn't finish it, now I wish I had more.
