I mean... some skin, no. Maybe she was just hot.

If she's cutting down the back alley, sauntering in a short skirt and a tank top at 3am headed to 'the store for some butter'... She's askin for it. Nobody needs butter that bad at 3am.

There have been plenty of commentators on social media claiming she deserved it because she's a slut. The world is well on it's way..

I think Warhammer is a different fighter -- War Machine is the fighter accused of assault on his ex-girlfriend Christy Mack (pictured above with War Machine). He's a porn star too -- starred in 7 pornos (along with maintaining his fighting and martial arts careers).

Las Vegas police had been looking for the asshole since the assault on Mack and her male friend last week.

Mack said they had broken up back in May, but War Machine busted into her place, made her shower in front of him, beat the holy hell out of her and that she escaped when he went into the kitchen (which she presumed was in order to get a knife). She ran for help naked.

He was finally arrested today in Simi Valley, CA and will be transferred to Las Vegas where the assault took place.

He was holed up at a motel where another guest reportedly saw a buffed dude pushing around a petite woman and pulling the woman by the hair as she was trying to calm him down. The other guest called police.

These are the pictures of Mack after the assault -- she reportedly had 18 broken bones.

Good to know that War Machine, aka Jonathan Koppenhaver, is finally in police custody -- don't know if he's on steroids or other drugs, but wouldn't surprise me.

He's been convicted of assault and battery three times over the last 7 years and did a couple of stints in jail.

After his arrest in 2010, he posted: "The oppression of MEN is worse than oppression of Jews in Nazi Germany, worse than the slavery of Blacks in early America... I'm not exaggerating either."

After the assault on Mack, Machine posted to twitter that he had gone there to propose to Mack. “I only wish that man hadn’t been there and that Christy & I would be happily engaged. I don’t know y [sic] I’m so cursed," “One day truth will come out.”

What a dangerous, delusional, violent piece of shit.

I am very surprised by this, in a good way.

The National Football League has enacted stiffer punishments for any personnel who commit domestic violence.

In a letter to team owners, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said players, coaches and owners now face a six-game suspension for a first offense and a lifetime ban for a second.

Goodell said second-time offenders may petition for reinstatement after a year, but with no guarantees.

Harsher penalties could also be levied for offenders with incidents before joining the NFL or 'violence involving a weapon, choking, repeated striking, or when the act is committed against a pregnant woman or in the presence of a child,' the letter states.

RE: ATHLETIC ASSHOLES - Blindgreed1 - 08-29-2014

I am a bit concerned about it. I don't see the word convicted in there anywhere. Most heterosexual men have a crazy ex. If the crazy bitch reports something to the NFL that isn't true will there be an investigation or an automatic 6 game suspension and then banishment if she falsely accuses again? It was a good idea to react to the public's frustration with his decision on Rice, but he's had a month to wordsmith the statement and it just isn't cut and dry.

RE: ATHLETIC ASSHOLES - HairOfTheDog - 08-30-2014

It's good that the NFL is taking a stand against domestic violence, IMO, but I'd like to see the wording of the official policy too, Gunnar. I couldn't find anything more than the general media release though.

Is the player penalty associated with domestic accusations, arrests, or convictions? Makes a big difference because (in addition to the challenge of policing false allegations) true domestic violence is one of the most under-reported crimes to police in the first place. And, not all women and men who do report it to police want to press charges -- that's one of the big challenges for LE in putting away violent domestic offenders. Plus, obviously, not all women and men arrested for domestic violence wind up pleading guilty like Rice did (he was reportedly on tape doing it) or getting convicted.

Anyway, after the Ray Rice incident hit the media, I came across an interesting report on domestic violence in the NFL put together by FiveThirtyEight.

49er Aldon Smith ^ better keep his shit together during his forced hiatus. 16

This year, he'll be out for half the season -- the 9 game penalty for his last round of off-field misconduct was just announced. Asshole. Harbaugh and the team are still standing behind him and supported him after his previous DUI and substance abuse issues.

In his latest stunt, Smith was arrested April 13 at Los Angeles International Airport. Police said Smith was randomly selected for a secondary screening and became uncooperative with the process, telling a TSA agent that he had a bomb. No charges were filed.

In November, he pleaded not guilty to three felony counts of illegal possession of an assault weapon, stemming from a June 2012 party at his home. Investigators said several shots were fired, two partygoers were injured and Smith was stabbed. In the subsequent investigation, prosecutors say detectives found five unregistered, illegal weapons in Smith's house.

ONE WEEK LATER...ONE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARREST

Well, hell, that didn't take long. And, it's a 49er who was the first to be arrested following the new NFL domestic violence policies.

[Image: 2a3f76de0d4af24f5142d686a4a5e4d9_crop_no...h=420&q=75]

Defensive end Ray MacDonald ^ was arrested for domestic violence this weekend after a call was made to police. His pregnant fiancée showed police bruising on her neck and arms.

Other 49ers were present, including tight end Vernon Davis and defensive end Demarcus Dobbs. McDonald was booked at 5:30 a.m. in San Jose for "inflicting injury on a spouse or cohabitant," according to the Santa Clara Department of Corrections. Bail was set at $25k.

I guess we'll learn more about what criteria (accusation vs. arrest vs. conviction) the NFL is going to use in assigning domestic violence penalties soon enough.

Holy shit! The Ravens cut Ray Rice.

Some people are still defending him; not so many, but still some. I'm sure the grand jury that indicted Rice saw this video.

Looks like he spit on her when they were walking to the elevator and she tells him to knock it off and pushes at him. Then, he spits on her again when she's pushing the buttons and she's ready to get up in his face. I would be too.

That's when he effin' punches her and knocks her out cold -- then drags her like a bag of potatoes. To me, his body language is very casual throughout.

I wonder if someone was pimping the knock-out punch video when Goodell decided he'd better change his tune last week? Out-front damage control.

RE: ATHLETIC ASSHOLES - Midwest Spy - 09-08-2014

They're both big losers now.

Ray is the bigger one obviously, as someone who manhandles and punches women.

But how about her? Staying with a creep like that simply because he's got millions?

Glad the Ravens cut him and glad the NFL is done with him.

RE: ATHLETIC ASSHOLES - Duchess - 09-08-2014

I'm curious to know what the NFL/Roger Goodell thought a man knocking a woman unconscious looked like. I don't think the video should be changing how people view it, particularly the NFL and I'm not so sure that they didn't see it months ago regardless of what they say. This is what should have been done the moment the first video was released.

That's what I think too. I wouldn't defend her. My thought is if you stay after being hit once you deserve what you get ever after. Obviously her God is money.

RE: ATHLETIC ASSHOLES - HairOfTheDog - 09-08-2014

She might have stayed because of the money.

But, plenty of people from all income brackets stay with abusive spouses.

I hope he really is taking his counseling sessions seriously in any case; wouldn't want to be in her shoes if he's not and he pulls the tired old "you made me hit you -- it's your fault" card.

Wonder if there's an established path for abusers to re-enter the NFL under the new policy? I don't really see how the video changes anything either, other than disallowing people who hadn't seen the punch itself to speculate that maybe he just slapped her or she was drunk and hit her head or something like that (even though if that had been the case, the grand jury wouldn't likely have indicted him on a felony charge).

RE: ATHLETIC ASSHOLES - Duchess - 09-08-2014

I couldn't possibly know this, it's nothing more than speculation but I got the feeling from watching that this wasn't the first time this has happened. He seemed so nonchalant, not as if he was horrified by his actions. Meh. Fuckedupness doesn't know tax brackets.

I've been reading a lot of comments & the Steelers coach looked downright pissed. Many players are now speaking out. All I can do is shake my head. I'm puzzled. What did they think it would look like for christssake.

RE: ATHLETIC ASSHOLES - Midwest Spy - 09-08-2014

I heard (and maybe incorrectly) that Rice's testimony to Goodell didn't match what was in the video and that's how the League is able to suspend him indefinitely now.

Roger Gooddell took a ton of negative PR heat for the way this was handled, that you know they were just hoping something like this would come out so that they could get a 'do-over'.
