MONEY MONEY MONEY - Duchess - 02-21-2014

Have you ever found money? Not in the washing machine or couch cushions but other places. I once found a ten & a five in a sink at a bar and 300.00 at the beach.

If it's not mine, I try and hand it in.

RE: MONEY MONEY MONEY - Midwest Spy - 02-21-2014

Haven't found anything substantial.

RE: MONEY MONEY MONEY - aussiefriend - 02-21-2014

Money's too tight to mention.

RE: MONEY MONEY MONEY - Maggot - 02-21-2014

I found 3-100.00 bills once on the ground near a pizza joint once. They were very crisp.

RE: MONEY MONEY MONEY - ramseycat - 02-21-2014

I've found a twenty or a five a few times. But never anything substantial. But if I did, I would try my hardest to return it to who it belongs too.

Define substantial. If money weren't so tight, Aussie would have fed a homeless person with that money you found (you greedy bitch). As it is, she's probably going to start rolling the poor bastards looking for money for her facial fixes. Sad.

I just forked out $1400 for a laptop for my grade 5er! Comes with 3 year insurance but still it hurts. No botox for me!

RE: MONEY MONEY MONEY - Cynical Ninja - 02-22-2014

I have found money a couple of times and I invoked the “finders keepers losers weepers” protocol.

Unless a cctv camera was present then I would hand it in.

RE: MONEY MONEY MONEY - aussiefriend - 02-22-2014

CCTV is everywhere these days, especially in the UK.

RE: MONEY MONEY MONEY - Tammy75 - 02-23-2014

I was set up to sale my direct sales wares at an elementary school last December. I walked out to the car to have a smoke, and found $20.

I picked it up and put it in my pocket.

RE: MONEY MONEY MONEY - Carsman - 02-23-2014

When I was a kid walking home from school one dayl, I found a wallet in the street by the curb. I looked inside, & it contained "$92"!!!
I was excited a all shit! Back then, that was really a lot of money.

I brought it home, & showed it to my dad, (he, trying to show me to do the honerable thing) found the ID inside it & called the owner.

Shortly there after, the owner showed up at our house. Counted the money, said thank you, & then gave me a "whole dollar"!!!

Fuck that!!!

Kinda soured me to do the right thing. hah (she coulda sprung for a fin)

(If I am every lucky to ever find $$$$ again, I just might keep it)
