Eastern Shore blue crab. I don't think there is a more popular food here. There are more seafood restaurants than any other kind here. We have a favorite one out on the waterfront. I haven't been in more than a year now, but they are open. I was just looking at their menu and now I'm starving.

Yea. I like it on spouted grain toast with a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes. I haven't ate yet, it's probably what I'll have for lunch with a packet of yellowfin tuna in extra virgin olive oil.
