I looked it up and they are known for their mustard. I also came across a recipe for portugese mussels while looking up portugese mustard, they looked divine.

Oysters are good several different ways. Clang, that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, eating escargot from a bloody can. You really are weird.
