Spain is even better, maybe in the future we will get a place there. Look at this three bedroom condo...

$550 a month? Did I read that correctly?

RE: FOOD FOR THOUGHT - BigMark - 01-06-2024

Si mi bonita!

RE: FOOD FOR THOUGHT - Duchess - 01-06-2024

I could read most of it. It's kinda amazing how similar most language is. I can read French so that helps in me being able to pick my way through reading other languages, at least enough to have a good idea of what is being said.

It's a grower not a show-er.

I can't believe the costs I read of places that people rent out in Seattle. Nothing is under $1,000 and most are close to $2,000

The average place around here is about $2500 and it might be a 2 bedroom. People are spending tens of thousands of dollars a year to rent.

My rent is going up to $1,000 a month in April. For a large studio apartment.

You can’t get anything under $2500 a month here unless it’s a total shit hole.

RE: FOOD FOR THOUGHT - BigMark - 01-06-2024

$137.50 if 4 people shared, have a scooter, life simple and almost free.

Why can't I have someone cook for me everyday? Why?    111

RE: FOOD FOR THOUGHT - crash - 01-20-2024

Two of my houses in Sydney rent for over $1100/week. One in Brisbane for $900/week. Last time the Brisbane house was let, 90+ prospective tenants attended the viewing. The rental market in this country is insane

You can get someone to cook for you every day if you really wanted to. The problem is you want it to taste good every day also! That can be hard to find.  hah

I can't be motivated to cook for myself, but I'm a people pleaser at heart. I'd totally cook for you every day. #manservant  #friendwithoutbenefits

Get one of those home delivery services that comes with the special oven and QR codes for every dish.

Or you could hire a personal chef to come in and make meals for the week.
