Mixing music - Maggot - 10-26-2015

Is there a program out there for fairly cheap that a person can record vocals, guitar, piano, flute etc. then mix them at the proper time stamp?
Can it work with just a mic plugged into a computer?

I don't know, Maggottyboo, BG might have some ideas.

I have been shunned, shunned by the people I hold dearest to my heart, shunned by the Mockers and its tearing me apart. But not you, you have replied and returned my faith in the goodness of humanity.

Don't hurt my heart and I'll be stuck up your ass for the rest of your life. 27

Because I would like to see you do some work for a change of pace.

You tell 'er, Maggottyboo. Do you know she just copy & pasted Hot D's post, claimed it as her own. Make her do something...like make a pizza. Yeah, make a pizza, Sally, with mushrooms and onions, maybe some broccoli if you have any.

I'm not doing shit. I don't even want to write my own posts.

I am going to force myself to workout here in a minute, though.

Well then, I'm forced to plant a brain worm...you have cobwebs and dust lurking in dark corners. Deal with THAT, OCD person.

Her workout consists of finding someone to tie her shoe.

RE: Mixing music - sally - 10-27-2015

I did this plus sit ups afterwards. Lets see you do it, asshole. And not the easy way that he demonstrates in the chair for the disabled and elderly folks.

I don't have to lose weight, I'm at my goal of 195 lbs Bertha.

RE: Mixing music - sally - 10-27-2015

I wouldn't mind losing 5-10 lbs. , but that's the story of my life. I do it more to just be in good physical shape than to lose a large amount of weight.

I just try and maintain, I get on my elliptical monstrosity for about 12 hr a day and just don't eat junk. It seems to be working so far but Thanksgiving and the holidays are coming up.

Yeah, there is, but you get what you pay for. I don't believe there is anything out there that doesn't require a processed signal though, so plugging a mic into your comp won't be an option.

The voice of reason, all the other deviants were messing with me especially that Sally.

It all depends on what you want Maggs. If you're the type of person who doesn't give a shit about the sound quality and nobody but you will ever hear it you can do it fairly cheap. Otherwise, the most economical way to go is studio time. Most studios have protools now and everything is digital so you can get in and lay tracks and go all the way to post production in a couple of days for an entire album.

I'm so cheap I bought 3 cassette players from Goodwill and just need to press the play buttons at the exact same moment.
