I think she will work out fine she is in the middle as she should be. They should not have any political affiliation or leanings or personal feelings and should only go by constitutional law and the interpretation of it. All of them.

Eh it's over now so at least if there is a decision that has to be made there's an odd number in the court. But trump will go on for another 4 years i believe. He may even get another judge in there.

You can bet your sweet ass he's going to believe it when the Dems expand the court and the ratio between conservative and rational is evened out. And I'm hoping Kavanaugh will be investigated and disbarred but I realize that's a pipe dream.

All of them are not bias. All of them go by the rule of law and the constitution. There are no Democrat or Republican justices.

I don’t think that’s such a pipe dream in regards to Kavanaugh, Roo. His confirmation was a real turning point on a few different levels. There are serious questions about him that need to be answered and I think there will be those who push for that, hard!
