I hope you guys don't lose your country to a dictator, I saw the tweets coming out today, and it's scary. If that happens, we are all screwed.
I suggest we all pray even if you don't believe, at least try. This cannot continue. People are hurting and people and animals are dying.

I don't care that you vote based on who saves you money in the short term Sal, regardless of the long term impacts on the country and others. I get it and at least you're honest about it.
And, I don't resent your political apathy and the "they're all the same" rhetoric -- that's old as the hills and you're far from alone -- it's a very popular tune and has been since the 1960s.
So, I don't and won't try to change your mind or opinion. You're entitled to them same as everyone else.
But, facts still matter to me and it's a fact (not opinion / outlook) that it matters very much who's the President; who's at the reigns of the vast (but not unlimited) Executive power of the United States.
You're old enough to have lived through at least four presidencies, so you already know that to be true and you're contradicting yourself.
If it didn't matter who was occupying the White House, you wouldn't be supporting Trump for giving you and some other Americans a tax break that you didn't get from previous Presidents and probably wouldn't get from a Democratic President once Trump's cuts expire. You're now supporting Trump because who's the President does indeed matter, otherwise you'd be supporting no one.
