RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Maggot - 01-30-2017 I hope Trump sticks to his agenda. A bit fast for America to digest but the end product will be a safer America. Hollywood and the media be damned. Its not a "Muslim" ban as so many have decried but a much needed security check that is needed immediately not months down the road. It seems many people, "including many politicians", are just not used to today's politics "not" being the "Same Old Same Old snail speed that has been in practice forever by former POTUS! Some resistance is to be expected. He's keeping his promises that got him elected! I do hope though that the Trumpster slows down a little just enough to heed the advice of his trusted advisors! (For all our sakes!) RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - blueberryhill - 01-30-2017 (01-30-2017, 07:30 PM)Maggot Wrote: I hope Trump sticks to his agenda. Maggs, not all of Donald's ideas suck, but his implementation, and non-planning and relying on "expert" Steve Bannon is not indicative of good leadership. Perhaps, he is like Nero watching as the city burned, he gets off on the power when seeing what his actions have produced world-wide....and it is mostly for shock value...I just don't believe it is for our safety...I think it was Nero, well, you get my drift...... His actions IMO, place all of us in harms way more now than before....his careless and unprepared EO blew up as there was no sharing of this order to all who would be impacted by this...that is why more rational people would do an impact study and include the National Security personnel in the implementation of any immigration plan, temporary or not. I don't know about you, but having Steve Bannon making some of these decisions instead of the intelligence community scares the hell out of me..... When dealing with the entire World, you have to control impulses.... every law, every order, every vote in Congress impacts the entire planet. Trump needs to have his own personal Psychiatrist with him every minute he occupies the WH...wouldn't you agree, that this was a reckless action on the part of the "President?" And do you really trust KellyAnne, another White House liar, and personal and professional consultant to Donald....she insults all of us every time she opens her mouth.....and now we have alternative facts....what a circus! Trump didn't call on the professionals when executing this ban....he consulted with the likes of Omarosa (sic), KellyAnne, Steve Bannon, and some other goons he has taking up space in the people's White House.... We have more terrorists here on U.S. soil and some energy and intelligence needs to be spent on watching these lone wolf type terrorists and cells which we know exist here in the U.S. We are all distracted by the ban from countries right now whose citizens have done us no harm.....IMO, we are most vulnerable for an attack on US soil because of Trump's reckless behavior...I know I sound like a broken record.....but these reckless decisions are really getting out of hand and it is time for this crazy man and his equally crazy advisers be ushered out of the White House and be sent to the Big House. RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - BigMark - 01-30-2017 Batshit crazy. RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Carsman - 01-31-2017 The Trumpster is actually really smart. Unfortunately he doesn't always act like it! Trump is Genius, 156 IQ 99.99 percentile. Published on September 3, 2015 in Linkedin RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - username - 01-31-2017 Genius and insane? I heard for the first time (but I don't think the last) a commentator on tv refer to Trump as being basically "not all there". I don't think that's fake news and the station immediately said "we do not agree with that, there's no basis for saying Trump is a nutcase" blah, blah. He's ADHD if nothing else. Jesus. That faulty claim about Trump's IQ has been circulating for a year and a half, Cars. http://www.snopes.com/donald-trumps-intelligence-quotient/ I'm not saying Trump doesn't have a high IQ, just that there's no way of reputably assessing his IQ based on what's available. There's not an IQ test, he hasn't released college transcripts, he bypassed the tough Wharton entry examine (he transferred in)... Personally, I'd rather have a president who's wise, savvy, decent, well-rounded, and has good common sense and excellent communication skills than a genius who lacks those traits anyway. RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - aussiefriend - 01-31-2017 Who knew BBH had such punch in her? RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - blueberryhill - 01-31-2017 (01-31-2017, 08:50 AM)HairOfTheDog Wrote:(01-31-2017, 02:20 AM)Carsman Wrote: The Trumpster is actually really smart. Unfortunately he doesn't always act like it! Sadly, there is no correlation between intelligence and mental illness..so his "smartness" is not the issue.....it is about him being to emotionally stable to be our President...I agree with above, I would rather have someone dumber who was sane and had common sense, and had the common sense to run his impulse driven ideas by those experts instead of relying on KellyAnne and Steve Bannon..... Thus, Trump's basic IQ does him no favors, when he lacks basic communication skills, common sense, and only sees himself relevant in this World. P.S. Trump your crowd size was smallest in history...... RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - sally - 01-31-2017 Have you ever tried reading his book? It's written like something a 5th grader would write. May I borrow some of your simpler comments, e.g., batshit crazy, fuck that bullshit. MAGA, that is fucking bullshit, etc.....i know they are a little more diverse, but you get my drift.....Thanks..... She wakes me early so I using computer in bed and she crawls up on my chest and blocks the screen so i just keep typing and don't proof read....wish she would quit biting me....i have tried everything...right now I am trying to ignore her but her butt is right in my face.. c RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Maggot - 01-31-2017 The Donald has certainly rattled some cages. Perhaps he's trying to get caught up before going on vacation. RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Midwest Spy - 01-31-2017 Every time I enter this thread, I think of Donovan. He's either in a straight-jacket or living in an igloo somewhere in the Northwest Territories. Picture the closing scene from the movie Shane, as Alan Ladd rides off... We here at Mock will collectively be the little boy calling out, "Dono, please don't go. Donovan, don't gooooo..." RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - BigMark - 01-31-2017 Charlie Browns teacher. I saw some of the Republicans in DC talking about it. They don't know what to think of a Republican Prez who gives them so little access. Why just yesterday Marco Rubio said the State Department told him they were under a direct order not to discuss the travel ban with Congress. Wooo. Poor Republicans with their rattled cages :( RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Maggot - 01-31-2017 (01-31-2017, 12:59 PM)Duchess Wrote:(01-31-2017, 12:15 PM)Maggot Wrote: The Donald has certainly rattled some cages. Yeah it's everywhere Democrats, liberals, Republicans. Stuck in their cages unable to understand the great accomplishments over the last 10 days. I'm thinking after maybe a month they may come around but only time will tell. Perfect candidates for adult swaddling.
