Exactly right. I got pissy with Duchess for quoting him and exposing his stupidity. Thank you for not quoting him anymore, Duchess. I appreciate you.

Yes, on a forum it is best not to quote or reference anyone else.

Get a diary you silly old hag.

They do. They demand tolerance of themselves whilst deplatforming, censoring, blocking and banning those with differing opinions.

Brownshirt authoritarianism with newscaster suit and smile.

Hell look at Rootilda. She has gone on and on that she has blocked me and now is trying to encourage others not to quote me.

Hilarious.

Today the state Department is holding a special informational call but the State Department press core were not invited, they were told it was for "faith based media" only. What kind of fuckery is that?

I wish this were true Maggot. But I cannot believe it. I thought the 80's and 90's were nice. But as a white person-I cannot really comment on how blacks or any person of color was treated. When I looked back on my highschool days I realized that it was still very racist, it just seemed more okay to make jokes and assume everyone was laughing.

I have seen racisim first hand through my friends eyes. It still exists.

There are improvements-yes. But there is still a long long way to go. I don't ever want to stop making improvements in these areas until each person can have the same experience without the color of their skin being an issue.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - sally - 03-18-2019

I've had so many niggers make my life miserable during my school years because of the color of my skin. You apologetic white guilt people make me sick to my stomach. You're the ones who are responsible for keeping racism alive and you're too fucking stupid to even comprehend why.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - sally - 03-18-2019

What do you have to say about the white people that are targeted by blacks because of their skin color? It's happens every damn day in America? Look it up, the media usually doesn't cover it.

Any of us in our general age group who grew up in areas where we were in the large minority racially or culturally probably got shit in school.  Yeah, it sucked.  I don't wish it on others at a national or global level throughout their adulthood.

I'm a white person who doesn't feel personally guilty about racism or run around calling people racists at every turn.  But, I do recognize that blacks face systemic race-based disadvantages  in the U.S. when it comes to income opportunities, education quality, criminal justice treatment, and such.  I've seen it personally time and again and there's plenty of evidence of it on a macro level as well.  I agree that we still have a long way to go and should always be working towards greater equality.

As to Maggot's opinion...............I don't know if racism in general is worse than it was when we were growing up.  It could be that it's just being discussed and witnessed by more people now.

But, it's certainly not non-existent and racial inequities can't be credibly written off  by claims that black people are just lazier, scarier, or looking for hand-outs more than white people.  And, the suggestion that if some white people stopped feeling guilty then racism would die is really fucking stupid, in my opinion.

Anyway, there are times when racist violence spikes and that links to backwards people being emboldened to embrace supremacist views openly and have them re-enforced, in my observation.  But, I don't believe for a second that racism would die out if all the extremely vocal and violent bigots were wiped off the face of the earth either.

I like to hear different opinions but I'm not seeing anything that resembles opinions here, just comments like "progressives are at fault for mass shootings" and "white guilt is responsible for keeping racism alive."  It's all finger pointing and refusing to accept part of the blame for this fucked up country.  There's no political ideology on the right anymore, just a bunch of trolls trying to piss off the left.

I will call you weak.

No so much weak but cowardly. I will tell you why. In the comfort of your diary you can express any idea , no matter how honest or dishonest, no matter how ill-thought out or as reprehensible. Why does it matter? It may be that you wish to vent without exposure to alternate opinions or any one to challenge views.
With your family and friend to some extent, you can be a little looser with truth, be a little more off-colour, be a little more controversial or not think through your positions. You will get some pushback but these people know you and are inclined to allow you the benefit of the doubt.
You are on a forum. People with little knowledge or connection to you. If you choose to interact (and it is a choice) you also must acknowledge that you CHOOSE what you say. If you choose what to say and say it to people with less connection to you, then venting in a diary-esque way, wanting to have everyone accept what you say without challenge or calling you out WHEN you lie because you were not meaning to be taken literally but rather to convey your feelings or talking bullshit because you were ill-informed, this will not happen.
We do not have that connection and you chose to say whatever you said. If it is exposed as complete bullshit then what you ought to do is make better choices about what to say. Not claim victim points for being rightly called out. We do NOT have to humour lies? I call out lies whenever I see them. It DOES sometimes make people uncomfortable. People often feel awkward being exposed doing so but the solution is to make a better case for what you are saying without lying. Let's face it, if you have to lie in order to sell an idea, it probably was not that great to start with.

So yeah, it is weak and cowardly. A better way is to be honest. To sell an idea with facts and reason not feelings and hyberbole and/or lies. I sure as Hell will always call it like I see it. Good or bad. Right or wrong and regardless of who says it.

No, no one says racism does not exist. Every race has people who are racist. Every race has people in that are murderers and thieves and pedophiles and degenerates of every stripe. There will NEVER EVER be a time where no racism will exist. End of. Fairy tale over.

So your country is fucked up? Okay two question: firstly, why would someone like me accept blame for YOUR country? Secondly name me another country in the world and time in history that offers you more in convenience, status, comfort, safety and opportunity. No? Dumarse whiner.

Let's be honest "but I'm not seeing anything that resembles opinions here, just comments like "progressives are at fault for mass shootings" and "white guilt is responsible for keeping racism alive." , either you ARE reading the comments or you have the quotes blocked.

IF you have these opinions blocked, you are not seeing them at all and this is a lie.
If you are reading the comments you are supposed to have barred yourself from seeing then you are lying there.
But even better I ask ANYONE here to look for where THIS was said "progressives are at fault for mass shootings"....if you are struggling, don't worry, it is a lie.

Do you notice a pattern here?

This boo-hoo "I got called out for lying" is rather easily fixed through the gentle art of telling the truth. If you say things that are blatantly untrue then you OUGHT to be expected to be called on it and if you have not told a lie it is rather easy to prove.

Just find where anyone here said "progressives are at fault for mass shootings" as you said and IF you can't then be humble enough to accept that what you said was untrue and consider why you are lying and seek not to lie.

It is rather simple. That does not make you a victim in exactly the same way as a thief caught stealing or a conman getting exposed does not make them a victim. Got it? Great - now find where anyone said "progressives are at fault for mass shootings"

Being thrown to the ground and kicked and punched because of the color of your skin is not called "getting shit", it's called violent racism and white kids experience it daily in schools. But I like the way you reduced it to that and it proves my point about the white guilt. Somehow if it happens to a white person it's called "just being picked on" because it would be racist of you to even try to compare what happens to a few white people to what black people go through. The white person's experience of getting the shit beat out of them is less significant because they're white. By constantly thinking this way you divide two groups of people even more. And I never said that if white people stopped feeling guilty that racism would die. Racism will never die. What I meant is that it perpetuates it.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Maggot - 03-19-2019

Punching a person because they're an asshole should not be mistaken for racism just because they are colored or not. Plenty of assholes out there to accommodate everyone. But to claim racism because they lost the fight now THATS racism. People are such pansies today. The biggest assholes are usually the biggest wusses.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - sally - 03-19-2019

Im not talking about a fist fight. Im talking about being attacked by a group of people simply because of the color of your skin.

Actually it's called assault and battery, and it is already a crime regard less of the race of the people involved. Intent is the determining factor as to how it will be charged: misdemeanor, or felony, with or without a hate crime sentence enhancement.

Identity politics is the problem; racism is just evil, period. Racism will always exist;  people have every right think whatever they want as long as they don't violate the law in the process, say like going to a church and shooting everyone because you don't like... fill in the blank. it's what you do when it becomes a criminal act that is important.

More and more today, social justice warriors want equal outcomes, and unfortunately due to human nature it will never happen. That is why the founders choose a constitutional republic as our form of government; because the only things you can guarantee are life, liberty and property, everything else is at the discretion of the individual.

This country needs to return to that founding principle. Equal justice not outcomes is the solution.

My niece still doesn't communicate with me . . . due to my support of Trump.

Two weeks ago, her "father" died and I was informed, through my Mum, I was not to attend the "Celebration of Life" service, for him.

It was then I was truly grateful that I expressed my support for Trump . . . I loathed that thieving, lying bastard!

The irony . . . he was a rabid Trump supporter!   hah
