When I first started hearing about all this I was so mad, now I'm just sad. I don't feel proud of my country. I don't feel proud about our standing in the world and I surely don't feel proud of the people who represent me. They don't speak for me, they don't share the things I value. I'm mostly embarrassed & horrified.

Trump had not been aware of it. Navy big wig did it, thinking Trump would like the gesture. Trump did not authorise or know about it at the time.
Duchess did not share this because it was not part of the Fake news reports. Just that it happened. Then put the fact it happened and that Trump didn't like McCain and deduced wrongly he authorised it. They did not confirm their speculation and ran it as truth.
Then one reporter asked him and he let them know he had heard about it and he did not like McCain but he wouldn't have authorised something like that.
Duchess still wants to cry about being American.

Maybe even sent a note but I always wonder which journalist is privy to any info shared between Washington and military protocol especially the movements of a president in a foreign country. Especially in Washington where everyone has a knife inches from their back at any given moment.

Maggot, you had a conniption when President Obama saluted a Marine with a coffee in his hand and you were extremely agitated when he was kicked back in his chair with his feet on the desk.
