There was none. The reaction was from others saying lucky i went in to bat for that member and then being offended i had her own words in my sig.
I postulated two reasons why tbis may be so. One is you guys find that level of nasty BS acceptable or you really don't but you feel you can't react for some vague reason (gave a number of choices).
Now you can pretend i presented one option and mock that til the cows come home. But that is a little retarded.
My preferred option is you all find it acceptable. Why? Because it is gutter standard. Anything that falls short of me accussing someone of rape apologia is okay. Works for me.

The funny thing was i was taking stock whilst i was removing the sig to see if maybe i HAD simply misread the forum and maybe this was not the place that it was back in the day. Maybe the calls to not be such a nasty, cantankerous curmudgeon were warranted.
Maybe what used to be acceptable is no longer. Maybe HoTD's Gutter Sliming was unacceptable and i should raise my standards accordingly. Why not? Remove the sig, change behaviour and communication style whilst at it?
