He's done a lot of fucked up things and what he did to the Kurds ranks near the top. They were our loyal allies. They fought ISIS for us! Some sacrificed their life fighting ISIS for us! He didn't even give our own military time to get the hell out of Dodge in a responsible fashion.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - MirahM - 10-16-2019

But they didn't help us in WW2 he said, so there is that.

What a fuck up.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Rootilda - 10-16-2019

Trump defeated Isis, he just said so today. So basically fuck the Kurds and by the way, some of them might be communist which should make Nancy Pelosi happy. Sure, that all makes perfect sense.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Rootilda - 10-16-2019

And I don't know if any of you ever worked clerical jobs in the past but we would have shit a brick getting handed a letter like that to type.

Today the president referred to the disaster in Syria as strategically brilliant. Our military there had to run for their lives and then Russia trolled us by hoisting their flag and filming the American base they took over.

An American diplomat's wife killed a young man in a car accident in the UK, she quickly made her way back to America. The parents of the young man went to the White House hoping to convince trump to waive diplomatic immunity. They wanted their son to have some justice. What they got was trump ambushing them by having the woman who killed their son at the White House too.

What the Hell is wrong with what he wrote? Simple and therefore not up for interpretation.
Giving Turkey a choice backed by a consequence if he doesn't play ball. You and everyone here has no doubt seen the sanctions he has authorised. Turkey is not going to h as ve any long or medium term benefit over this action.

So Turkey can make a choice and make it knowing very clearly what the consequence will be.

My big question that no one can seem to answer is:

"Given Turkey was going to go into Syria and attack Kurds and is a NATO ally, what should Trump have done that would have been acceptable to you?

A) Attack a NATO ally with a few dozen men to their 15000?
B) Join attacks on the Kurds?

C) withdraw and let Kurds fight for tbeir own land and join whatever forces they need to, to expel Turkey....like Syria and Russia?

And he talked about sand, lots of sand.
He said the Kurds are not angels, so I guess that justifys killing them.
He said some of them are even worse than ISIS.

Why would you suppose that?

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Maggot - 10-16-2019

Thank my lucky rabbits foot that Trump is in charge and not one of the nutcases that run around the internet or television.  hah

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - HairOfTheDog - 10-16-2019

The Kurds really did save the day in terms of the US and our allies taking out ISIS on the ground.  It was covered at length in the SYRIA thread.

They were promised they wouldn't get fucked over after the bloodshed stopped and.............they got fucked over.

It wouldn't matter to me if it was Clinton, Cruz, Sanders, Kasich or any one else who got elected and sold the Kurds out after all they did (though I doubt any of those candidates would have done so).

I'd think whomever was sitting in the Oval Office a short-sighted dipshit for doing so.

President Trump is a short-sighted dipshit on this front for doing so, as far as I'm concerned.  There's no way around it.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - MirahM - 10-16-2019

Trump tried to force a meeting between grieving parents and the person who killed their son in a car accident. Both parties were unsuspecting of the meeting and caught by surprise. Trump was told they wanted a meeting, but they wanted it in the UK, where the accident happened.

Trump called the meeting with the grieving family beautiful.
Anne Sacoolas was going the wrong way on August 27 and killed Harry Dunn. Trump says it happens to a lot of people. "You go to Europe, the roads are opposite"

Trump's national security advisor Richard O' Brien is being blamed for the stunt.

They even had press there for the ambush. He thinks like a reality game show host, it's repulsive.

This demented old sow believes she can mindread Trump motivations and intentions

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - MirahM - 10-16-2019

Well it wasn't humility, that is for sure. And don't worry Cry Guy-you do the same thing.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Duchess - 10-17-2019

Standing at a White House podium, trump's CoS just announced that the G7 will be held at trump national golf course.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Rootilda - 10-17-2019

Besides that emoluments thing, I'm pretty sure (I'm positive there is, actually) a process that involves bids from various properties and businesses that take into account a lot of various issues. The lowlife president can't just announce this shit.

God, I hate him.

Oh, it's flowing, babycakes.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Fry Guy - 10-17-2019

The Progressives will be institualised after another couple of years. The Democrat Party will be broken. The wall will be built. Obama's legacy gone. Aren't you smiling at the thought?

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - MirahM - 10-17-2019

And the earth and its natural resources will be diminished. Water will continue to become more polluted. And all of the republican will get into heaven because they love God so much and know how to forgive people, and they love babies and Jesus and Trump is their God or has been ordained by God.
Yep I am sure it is the progressives that need to be institutionalized.

Tell me Cry Guy how long have you lived in America?

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - BigMark - 10-18-2019

Someones political affiliation says nothing about that persons heart, if you don't agree you have a problem.
