- Has joked about criminal assault against members of the media
- Is currently embroiled, along with his kids, in a class-action suit alleging they promoted an multilevel marketing scheme in exchange for millions in secret payments
- Looted taxpayer money for personal profit
- His administration has blocked or refused to comply with dozens of House lawful requests for testimony and/or documents.
- has purged independent government watchdogs for doing their job
- has racked up more than 3,000 conflicts of interest by refusing to divest his businesses, which are used by special interests and foreign governments to curry favor with his administration, while enriching Trump personally
- signed hush money checks, months after entering the White House, to keep a porn star quiet about an alleged affair they had while his third wife nursed his fifth child
- Fired multiple IGs for no good reason
- Publicly criticized and threatened the outing of protected whistle blowers
- Constantly criticized his first AG for an ethically and legally mandated recusal

American Oversight is reporting that watchdogs warned Congress that the trump administration has stopped oversight on the over $1 trillion that is the CARES Act funding. Steve Mnuchin says the recipients of the PPP loans are confidential yet the PPP application says the opposite. That's our tax dollars. Does anyone besides me care? This is bullshit.

I'm unsure. I think this is probably nothing more than Bill Barr trying to appease trump and I don't see it going anywhere, this is still America.
I've seen it said that trump may go after his niece in a legal way because she signed an NDA years ago. Not that I would have reason to know about other examples, but I've never seen people insist others sign NDA's the way this family does. As an aside, just the other day trump said every conversation with him is classified. That's not how it works but whatever.
