I've been hearing that term more & more. Is that really necessary? It makes me think of trigger words and participation trophies and I don't have a good opinion of them.

What is a "safe space" anyway. Would that be like when I found a charge on my credit card that wasn't mine and the credit card company kept me on the phone for an hour? I got really stressed out, but unfortunately I didn't have a safe space plan. Maybe the closet or under the bed next time?
