VOTING BY MAIL - Duchess - 04-23-2018

What do y'all think about that? Is that something you would utilize if it were an option rather than going to your local polling places?

I voted by mail in 2016 and would do it again if I knew I was gonna be really busy during polling hours. It was very convenient.

Normally I prefer going to the voting station though.

My schedule is too crazy I vote absentee. VERY convenient, I do miss the I voted flag sticker though.

My polling place is only like 2 minutes from my apartment. Even I'm not that lazy that I need to phone...er...mail it in.

I like watching them draw a line through my name at the polls. One time I went and they had a special "section" for people that did not register, that was a mess because they were sticking these people in front of the line and everyone was saying "I don't mind if you vote today but get behind me" I could understand as the people that registered had to wait in a long line. Old people didn't care if they were cut in line at any rate, they loved the show and were laughing I told them that they should wait in line like every one else. It was one of those popular ones and I don't remember which one. Maybe the Obama cycle.

Wow, ballot shamed.

I think my state is completely by mail anyway. I recall going to a booth once in my voting life.

I heard yesterday that Colorado is like that too but I can't confirm that because I haven't taken the time to verify it.
