ARE YOU ON TIME? - Duchess - 06-29-2018

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - Carsman - 06-29-2018

.

I am always on time, always have been, always will be! It's a curse! hah

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - Love Child - 06-29-2018

I used to be late, now it surprises people when I am early or on time.

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - BigMark - 06-30-2018

Almost always, when I used the thomas guide I was normally fifteen minutes early.

Thomas guide?

I'm always 10-15 minutes early for everything. I show up to the office about 20 minutes early, so I can set up my computer for the day, read emails, and chat with co-workers.

I'm not sure our building has A/C. Everyone in the office uses a desk fan.

How far are you from Lake George?

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - Duchess - 07-01-2018

I'm early for everything and when people make me wait I get annoyed. It's rude & disrespectful. My friend M is late for every fucking thing and it bugs the shit outta me and she doesn't give a rip when anyone gives her crap for it either.

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - BigMark - 07-01-2018

My nephew was two hours late for his own party, he was an hour late to a BBQ at my house and the little fucker stopped at taco bell on the way.

That's M. She'd pull something like that without a second thought.

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - sally - 07-01-2018

My sister would do that shit too. She'd know that I was cooking up a big feast and then stop at McDonald's with her bitch ass girlfriend on the way here. Ignorant bitches.

On another note, why when I click on the food porn thread it says that the specified thread doesn't exist. Did Cars post a picture of an orgy delight or something?

I don't know why! Ugh. Shit balls. I just had to have the server rebooted. I'll try to figure out what is wrong.

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - SIXFOOTERsez - 07-01-2018

I am always 15 minutes early, I hate being late

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - Duchess - 07-01-2018

Newlywed in da house. Hi Six!

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - Love Child - 07-01-2018

My dad was always late which infuriated my mom so we always got to appointments 12 hour early-and sometimes still waited an hour to be seen. (Military hospital) Which made her even more mad.
My sisters have no concept of time and don't plan very well so my mom always says the meal will be a certain time but she plans that at least 12 of the party will show up late.
I started showing up early to help mom and then my sisters could help with clean up since they were late.

I live 2 miles from work-it is wierd being able to get there in 10 minutes or less. Sometimes I get in the bad habit of waiting too long to leave-I should always plan to be there early like Clang! (Mostly I am)
I used to commute an hour each way to work and would give myself sometimes an hour and a half to get there in case stuff happened along the way.

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - HairOfTheDog - 07-02-2018

I used to be late for everything, especially when I first moved to the city, and I know it irritated my friends. It's inconsiderate.

I'd start out early and inevitably get lost or spend forever trying to park.

Once auto GPS units, GPS-enabled cell phones, and Uber hit the mass market............that changed. I've been consistently on-time for the last 10 years.

I don't like to arrive more than a couple of minutes early though (and don't like it when people show up at my house way ahead of time either).

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - BigMark - 07-02-2018

I was late to dinner in Chicago as my navigation was set to car and I was walking, that doesn't work well on one way streets.

RE: ARE YOU ON TIME? - sally - 07-02-2018

I like to be fashionably late. Not early or right on the dot like a loser with no life, but not so late that you piss people off.
