The prestigious New England Journal of Medicine published an editorial condemning trump for his response to the pandemic and called for our leadership to be voted out of office, they went on to say that our current leadership is "dangerously incompetent". They've never done anything like this before. I have come to hate the word unprecedented.

Also, Trump has made a new video saying that getting the coronavirus was "a blessing from god" and says "Regeneron" (which is the name of the company, not the antibody cocktails he's been receiving) is the cure for covid. Unsurprisingly, the stock for the company is soaring and, wait for it, Trump owns stock.
This shit ain't gonna get him reelected. "Blessing from god"? The family and friends of the 214,000 dead wouldn't agree.

inmho, neither. being president requires an ego larger than the planet, and both men have a world view bias that colors their judgement. again, in my opinion, the great BO's world view ran contrary to what made this country great. the Cheeto in chief has done some exceptionally good things, but he has also done some incredibly stupid things as well based on his world view.
personally, I think trump is a bombastic narcissist, but he is in his 70's and nothing in this world will change his character now.
I read constantly, and I read books from BOTH sides of the political aisle. I seek the truth; I assume all media is lying (main stream and conservative) to advance their agenda.
I am 60 years old, been active in politics since 1976; I know many politicians, and most of them are scum.
my point has always been educate yourself; too much of our history has been erased. far too many have abdicated their responsibility to hold the elected representatives accountable.
Washington is out of control (both sides) and has been for over a century. troubled times are upon us, I have warned these days were coming for years. DC wants power, and they will do anything to achieve it. this election is about the future of this country (will we continue to enjoy freedom or succumb to the tyranny of socialism), and believe me there are dark forces gathered to end our way of life. prepare yourself; these two view points can not exist in the same space. a shooting war will be the result because the side that loses will not stop.

Me too, he was pretty obviously suffering after climbing the staircase to the Truman balcony. And the fact that the videos from the hospital showed him without his usual orange makeup was another clue that he was sick. The man is nothing if not vain.
