Any suggestions? A TV chef showed how to wrap it in tented foil to cook in the oven but he didn't say at what temp or for how long.

I'm tempted to just throw it away, I don't even like asparagus but I'm on that keto diet and it was included in an overpriced meal I bought.

I like asparagus fried in a cast iron pan in butter just until they start turning brown. Barely.

Me too! They were stringy but thanks to all the ghee I used, they were very tasty. That's one good thing about keto, you need to eat a lot of fat.
