Castle Rock - MirahM - 10-01-2019

I think some here would enjoy this show. I don't know what made me click on it, maybe the name, maybe because it is October.

I just looked it up and see it came out last year. I am watching it on Hulu.

The Stephen King multiverse is the setting for this psychological horror series that takes place in Castle Rock, Maine, which is a location familiar to fans of King's work. "Castle Rock" explores themes and worlds that unite King's canon, including the infamous Shawshank Prison. An anonymous phone call lures death-row attorney Henry Deaver back to Castle Rock. He is unsettled by his hometown, but he returns to help a sinister, mostly mute man being kept in a cage underneath Shawshank. Sissy Spacek and Bill Skarsgård, who starred in feature adaptations of King's "Carrie" and "It," respectively, are among the show's stars.

I really liked season 1 and I'm looking forward to season 2 later this month. Second season is going to be "Misery" themed... remember that movie?

Yes
I could barely handle watching it! I see 2nd season is coming out towards the end of this month.

Sounds awful

I watched the first four episodes on a flight last week and finished the rest of Season 1 last night.

The alternate reality theme and Stephen King inspired series' are all over the streaming channels these days.

I'm not a big fan of sci-fi generally, but both Stranger Things and Castle Rock were pretty entertaining watches.

No, not really interesting at all.

Your new sig line is what's really interesting Fry Guy.

It's also super cool, and not at all reflective of your creepy obsessive whine-bag nature.

Don't go changing.  Yawn

It will happen one day probably a couple of decades after you. You must be avoiding life expectancy charts and groaning every year you life insurance premium renewal comes in.
