There are none that I know of that start with an x and closest think I can think of for q is quinoa which is technically a grain. I have rest covered.

I've been trying to grow asparagus for years now, I just have to find the right spot that's wet and in the shade. They will propagate on their own once they are established. They're really just ferns. Like fiddleheads.

Doesn't it take like 7 years for them to become established?

I think they can be eaten in 2 years, but for them to grow and increase it may take 7. They are cut down young before they seed if they even do, I should look them up again its been a few years since I tried again.

I thought about growing it at one time but I was actively gardening then. It got to be too much when the deer were harvesting every damn thing I planted, now I buy my produce and only plant flowers in pots around the pool deck and at my main entrance.

Aussie read about that poor girl's plight and tried to get in touch with her husband to counsel him through that trying time when the court was decidingĀ in his favor. In truth, she was just chatting him up because she had read the hospice staff referred to him and Terri as the fruit and the vegetable.

This is my first delivery and it cost me 40 bucks which includes the shipping. They also have smaller boxes. I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it or not, remember it's all organic. If anything it's forcing me to cook more healthy as I have to figure out what to do with all this shit now.

I should have just added to this thread.

So I had sweet potatoes from my purple carrot box and some really large ones from the store-that I thought were organic-but probably not. I cooked them both tonight and the smaller ones were much tastier.

I've noticed that quite a few veggies taste better smaller, like all squash for example.

Yes! Cherry tomatoes are better than the bigger ones. I love scallions, they are very easy to grow too.
