I wouldn't mind hot if it didn't come accompanied by that dreadful humidity. It's just awful here, on par with Florida's summer. Ugh. Loathe it.

We’re in a nice dry pattern here, but temps remain seasonal, no warmth imminent.
In fact, there’s not a 50F high temp forecast in the extended outlook.
Our snow is deep still.
This has been an old fashioned MN winter.
I get the chance fairly frequently to talk to people who have moved here within the last 5 years and I love asking them about living through one of our winters.
Most have not liked this one.

That would shut down my little state and not just for a day or two but for days. Schools would be closed for probably a week because the back roads would be the last to see any action from the state. Most of us out here take matters into our own hands. A farm on the next road over has got a big goddamn snowblower thing that he attaches to his tractor, it's kickass and he helps to clear some of the back roads around us.

Tomorrow is the first day of Spring and I heard I'm getting another nor'easter. I think this might be the 5th one in about 4 weeks, something like that. Bring it on. These are soooo much better than tornado warnings/watches.

We had a hail storm here earlier with some pretty good sized rocks. It happened twice and lasted for about 5-10 mins each time. I think the last hail storm I can remember here was like 10 years ago.

I had a kickass snowstorm today & it's still snowing but not as hard as it was, thank gawd. I didn't lose power but a lot of people around me did and there are trees and wires crossing many roads. It looks gorgeous but it's that heavy, wet snow that clings.
