I just took the trash out and it is cold. I checked the temp and it is actually at 60. We went from 100 degree temps last week to 80's and 90's this week and next week back up above 100.

We are up here by Yosemite, it was hot as hell yesterday and the power went off for a few hours. Today it rained lightly for about 4 hours. Had little bambis walking around the yard and this morning a flock of Turkeys.

The Cabin we stayed at in Wrightwood was very cramped, turning around in the shower would change the temp. The floor was about 4'' out of level in the living room. Still had a great time, found a few new trails.

Severe Thunderstorm incoming. Glad I took a personal day off work today to get my cable box fixed and play an unsuccessful game of phone tag with the gasterontologist and gall bladder doctors to try and make an appointment. Oh well I have an appointment with my primary care doctor next Tuesday, I'll talk to her and see if she can help get me an appointment with the other doctors. I think I'm really going to need it. Lost 12 pounds so far with no change in diet. Sorry to go off topic...Thunderstorm imminent, batten down the hatches.

Yeah, I think my summer is over.
It is the time of year it goes from wearing tank top, sandles to boots and sweaters. No in between!
