I hoped for this, dreamt for this, longed for it last winter when I was on the other side of the state waiting to be here and now it is here and I'm all, "No! Not yet!" lol. Yes I say that with other things too.
Freezing rain and snow today. Lots of melting snow falling off the trees and roof.

Well, that sounds lovely.
I started my car this morning-no new snow on it after I cleared it off last night.
Drove the 2 miles in to work on a partially plowed icy road while taking in all of the beauty.
Someone plowed out my parking space and I was so grateful. (Big Mark to make comment about plowing here)
I just had to shovel the steps, and technically I am supposed to snow blow the path...I'm going to see how long I can get away with not doing it today. I shoveled a part of it. That frickin snow shovel is heavy! It is like one of those old timey shovels and the snow is wet and heavy too. Ugh (Mark to make comment about blowing and wet and heavy here)
How long will it take for 13+ inches of snow to melt? Will there be new snow? WHO KNOWS?! OMG
