True story. That's where the term came from. Tony Hendra first coined it as the above joke back in the National Lampoon days. I found it to be very unnerving when I first co-opted it because it seems shocking, certainly more powerful than "fuck you in the face" or "fuck you in the throat".

I had a look at those daily mail pictures. They are disgusting. I just feel so sorry for those children, they are going to pay a heavy heavy price when they are at school. Some of those children are going to be severely adversely affected by her lifestyle choices and decisions.
