So, you're positive that Johnny did, in fact, live with the Straubs?

This BD guy that you say broke into their home - did he do time in prison? Some people have said that Lisa had another former BF who was recently released from prison and I'm wondering if that's accurate.

How long ago did the break in occur? Do you know anything about it? Was anyone home when it happened; was it to steal something, trash Lisa's room, assault Lisa, etc? Was he prosecuted?

In regard to the cost of prescription narcotics vs heroin/other street drugs... I work with a girl who's been on Vicodin for a "back injury" for YEARS. It's prescribed by her doctor and her insurance pays for it. And she takes A LOT. I've seen the pill bottle they come in - it's one of those extra-large, really wide pill bottles. I don't know a better way to describe it than it's the biggest f'ing Rx bottle I've ever seen.

Anyway, my point is that she pays a $10 co-pay for her Rx each month. $10! So if JC got drugs to sell from someone with an Rx, I'm sure they'd make that money back with just selling 1 pill - the rest would be all profit.

I may have an active imagination but earlier on I was thinking this theory and didnt comment on this forum for a long time but i was here from the beginning..I do however feel for Maytee. as she just lost her son. There are all walks of life out there..but something has always made me think just by listening to all the 911 calls that she knows more about what was going down at the Straubs that night. Not persay she knew her son was going to be in danger but that he was making some money and now receiving the call with the story given to her she freaks. The 1st call is dramatic, I cant breath she says. she seems calmer than next but blocks that girl in the driveway...which indicates to me that JC had brought her name about buying the pill from him in passing maybe...IMO of course. I would love to know what TW was saying to the father when she picked him up.. He doesnt seem like someone you could get pass with lies meaning I believe both Maytee and the father have some street smarts. this is all speculation as I dont even know these people and I just basically an observer and this was my very 1st thought that Maytee knew about the drugs being sold there that night..IMO IMO IMO of course.

I've done some searching and the ex, BD...in Sylvania Ohio...agg trespassing, falsification, disorderly conduct. was charged with these for the same incident. Other words...all in one day.

He did have an assault charge filed in 2009.

Unless I'm reading wrong or not understanding, any jail time was suspended mostly. I'm pretty sure if reading correctly, the most he served time was 30 days at CCNO....that is JAIL...NOT PRISON..and he was on work release, meaning he left and worked and went back to jail at night. Had to make restitution, fines, etc, and dismissed charges. He completed anger management and restitution.

I do not see any type of agg robbery anywhere, nor do I see any prison time like Maytee was yapping about. And these charges were 1 and 2 years ago. Nothing since....

In June 2010 in Perrysburg (suburb of Toledo) was busted for open container and dis. conduct...

these are only records I could find...NOTHING in Lucas County, Wood County, Maumee, or Oregon.

so, while he appears to have problems controlling himself while drinking, nothing to serious after the assault 2 years ago. There was a "no contact" instigated against the victim of the assault, but it does NOT name the victim.

This furthers my theory that when maytee was on TV and stated that Lisa's ex just got out of PRISON for ARMED ROBBERY...this was a false statement as it is not anywhere..unless it was a different state! I'm pretty sure Maytee just said that to get the heat off of Johnny's record and continue to throw Lisa under the bus.

i just had a thought and i didnt get to the end of all the posts so maybe someone already stated this. i asked family about LS's ex BD (re; what maytee said on JVM - that he just got out of prison) family said it wasn't true and they looked at me shocked that i would ask. family that i asked said they didn't watch the Jvm episode or they taped the repeated episode that aired in middle of night and all the accusations that maytee made about lisa were omitted from that episode. isn't it possible that perhaps maytee was taking about Tiff and? we know to be fact that he was just released from prison. afterall in that episode of JVM and many other times she frequently accuses Tiff of involvement. so in all her ranting and raving and stress she is under that she just got the girs confused for a second??? i hope i'm making sense. i'm tired and this thread is the longest!! OMG!!!! i leave the house for a few hours and i try to catch up. holy f@@#$$ing sh#t!!!! i cant even stand to go to T's FB. i can't understand her ghetto talk and she is just f@#$$ing SKANKY!!!!!!

I would not doubt that Maytee had something planned at the Straub's
which Johnny had absolutely no idea about and it went bad and she paid a big
price. Just my weird feeling at the moment. I think Johnny was
totally innocent, with the exception of selling mom's pills for HER. She
knew too much about his evening; she had to have some reason to
be following his evening so closely.

Her rap sheet suggests she would not be above it.

By the way, really nice kids do drugs. Doing drugs does not make
them really horrible or unredeemable. ie Robert Downey Jr.
many newscasters, tv child stars, etc. etc etc. Here is hoping
this group of young people can defy the odds and get out from under
the hold of the scourge.

JMO...what maytee knows is her son was dealin. and that in itself is dangerous. and from what she was told about the phone call, she knew what had happened. she probably thought he was beaten and robbed, tied up but alive. tw should have called the friend immediatly and let the family decide to involve LE or not. jmo
