misshmarie, I think the cig., butt belonged to Sharita Crumby a girlfriend of Rubin Ruiz a close friend of Johnny's, she was ruled out by the lawyer I thought having been at the party the night before, she may also be the girl Tiffany telephoned for Maytee's telephone No. Why the torn photograph we don't know.

LC, Captioning would be great, but on my computer they are just perfect! They are just like watching a movie.I like the fact that they are in three parts because if you want to speed them up or go back, you can't. At least I couldn't.

I know who the cig. belonged to i just found it odd that they found the picture AND the cig butt in the same place. Did the killer put it there to throw the case off maybe or was she the one who tore the pictures up? just thinking...

the judges should provide overflow rooms with CCTV feeds to trials due to great local interest. it is commonly done in this sort of situation.

I kept on and on about him, I knew about kids and partying and drugs but, who would do such evil as this with plastic bags and duct tape. IMO I dont think it was the ex boyfriend, because It was more than one person. Its not likely he would be able to convince a couple of his buddies to help him murder his Ex and her boyfriend. I know the Ex boyfriends sister and I have seen the family. There is no way that kid could have taken Johnny by himself. I believe the prosecutors are on the right track, Drugs and money. Lisa is a typical case of a little girl on the wrong side of the track. It happens all the time. I just wish Lisa or Lisa and Johnny had more time to turn their lives around.

As far as living in the house. The Straubs probably dont have much of a choice. I mean who would want to buy that house? Its been all over the news. So its not like they can sell it and move on. Just saying.

According to my "source", Mandro's (Williams) court room is the smallest, with about 36 seats. Bates is larger, but I don't know how much. My source was there because he was asked to be.

Trial starts today.... Williams & Pettaway may only have DNA on a cig butt now, once they put all evidence out there I hope there is something in phone recordings to add to evidence.... I have personally heard Williams tell me he would kill someone over 20 bucks! I believe he is very involved.... I also keep thinking Starla married him Dec.12, while in prison..... why? Could it be her female DNA on tape? Was her DNA taken? I can't imagine marrying him while up on murder charge no matter how I felt about somebody till the case was over atleast. Also, letting all 3 children go because of him. Once he was in jail she had oppurtunity to keep them till she married Sam!
