So Zach is doing heroin. That's a long, hard road to go down. But, that's what happens when mama's are drug addicts themselves.
We have been having a record number of death's due to heroin overdose around where I live. Kids just don't know what shit they are getting.

I wonder how Tiffany is doing. *Looks like Aaron is still waiting on his appeal.

These three know the truth, no doubt in my mind.

*Oops! Just checked, AP pretty much lost on the appeal. There is 28 page decision from the appeals court on the website.

From the amount of posts here, it only appears that a select few have been able to point out a relationship between this Zack and AC person. If I have this right, this is how I have comprehended the relationships.

Tiffany, Zack, Lisa, and Johnny hang out/party together.

AP and Tiffany had a kid.

AP and Johnny were not "friends"

Zack and AC have a connection...

Johnny, Lisa, and AC had more of a "business" relationship (dog/car?) Which apparently was not the best

I personally feel that Tiffany and AP are not directly or indirectly involved in this crime. The other two, they are very questionable in my mind. Especially AC, since the media reported the connection to the original accused in the criminal case.

Zach Burkett recently became friends with Victor Dominguez, VD was one of the last to see Johnny Clarke alive, I think this move is strange and Maytee doesn't know it yet or does she?

Wasn't this already established; since it has been alleged that he was with Tiffany that night, and didn't he testify at the trial?

It is pausible to believe that his DNA was tested and compared. I would assume he was cleared by those means. But like I said before; I question his relationship with AC as it has been posted in this thread. That's my opinion though. It just doesn't sit well with me from an ousiders viewpoint. I wonder if the detectives had or have this same issue, or was it possibly looked into already. Hmmmm

It is in the arrest report on TMC. He had a spoon and syringe in his pocket when they arrested him. He said it was for heroin.

Zach was in all those house party pictures taken back before the murders. With Tiffany and Victor's girlfriend. I don't think being friends is a new thing.

And Maytee was the first to throw Alex Cousino into the mix.

Maytee made a big deal about AC being arrested during the Corrigan murder investigation.

I'm not saying that Zach, Tiff, or AP were involved in the murder or the set-up, just that they know more than they have said.

Anybody remember the name Tony Watson? I believe AP gave that name up to Big John, while Big John held a gun to APs head. And then a few months after the murders Zach was in the vehicle with Watson when they got busted for drugs.

Well, Watson is still being a bad boy. Arrested on 2/1/13 for a stolen gun, poss of heroin, endangering a child ~ it all happened during search warrant served at 234 Beecher. I'm wondering who his girlfriend is...

Then on 2/12/13 he was arrested for poss of heroin, trafficking in heroin, and child endangerment...

Zach was arrested after fleeing from the police that were serving the search warrant....

And, I missed where Zach was arrested and charged with petty theft for stealing things off of Johnny's grave on 6/13/12.

Thanks! now do you think he was bringing over some heroin that night to Johnny and Lisa possibly? If Johnny had a script for Percocet he'd have enough for himself and Lisa, Johnny had percocet in his body and pot, Lisa had percocet and vicodin in her body. What kind of drug would pill users like after percocet and vicodin. Does anyone know?

Glad you asked. Maytee said so! She even signed her name. She is the complainant. And she duly swore.

It is on the TMC website. No mention of whether the items were recovered. Zach plead not guilty and the charges are pending.
