I personally don't care what methods LE uses in getting the info they need. I've never been in bad trouble {only tickets for my after market tint} and I have no sympathy for a habitual fuck up. I sincerely hope the people involved in this are scared out of their minds right now & I'd love to see people spilling their guts in an effort to save their own ass.

i am sure they ARE scared. and could flee.
police are allowed to lie to suspects you know. Smiley_emoticons_fies
and someone will roll over for sure since this is a death penalty case.

wow....who the mother could have told??????????????????????? that speaks volumes to me. IMO i still believe that this woman knew her son was dealing drugs that night.

She stated that she wishes she had not let him go.

Someone posted earlier that she had gotten an oxi prescription that day. Do not know how they knew or if it is true.

Barking up the wrong tree IMO. We're focusing on a dysfunctional mother vs. T's crowd, who has a history of home invasions?

I think there is an odd desperation to smear the Clarke family. I can't figure it out. They're far from perfect yes, but if they knew who killed their son, there's NO WAY it would be kept a secret from anyone.


Here's what we know. T had plans with the two victims that night. She waited hours (to get her story straight) before contacting a family friend. She has friends with a habit of committing violent robbery and assault. Her X got killed because of it. Motive, means, opportunity? I'd say so.

I posted a while back about a video game that involves the use of plastic bags to murder. As some of us know, there is an admitted fascination with "Horrorcore" by some of AG/TW's friends. One friend, a former gang member, has a business selling merchandise with horrorcore imagery. This friend said he joined the military to kill legally. Here is a snip from the video game.

Thank you for the very detailed and logical explanation! It was worth the wait and so very glad you are back up. You really are doing great things.

I said I would answer totally curious when we came back up so here goes.

First of all, if we aren't looking at anyone strictly by rumor then I guess that blows atleast half of what has been said about Tiffany & Maytee out of the water. ALSO I'm not blaming the ex BD for, especially murder or in the involvement in it. I simply said I do not understand why LS's parents would invite him (because the funeral was private so invitation was needed) to the funeral.

The reason why I do not understand it is because of this: If you go back to page 131 post #1834 by Jash, she looked up the ex, BD & found him in the Sylvania Municpal Courts website. Just a snippit of what was reported:

"He did have an assault charge filed in 2009.
Had to make restitution, fines, etc, and dismissed charges. He completed anger management and restitution. There was a "no contact" instigated against the victim of the assault, but it does NOT name the victim."

While the dockets do not name the victim, I am basing my opinion on this legal public document (fact) coupled with testimony from those who claim to know Lisa & her ex BD & things that happened between the 2 which included physical abuse & stalking.(possible rumor) These claims were made (if memory serves me right, because why else would there be a need to look him up) before Jash even looked up the ex so its not as if people who claim to know Lisa came in, saw Jashs post & THEN said Oh yeah BTW about that EX of hers....

These charges were from 2009, it is rumored that JC & LS had been dating for about 2 years, which would mean the beginning of their relationship was sometime in or around 2009, around the same time these charges & the no contact order was filed. The person who claimed to have worked with Lisa & saw her come into work beat the hell up, specifically asked why the ex, BD was not being investigated, not JC, although I'm not claiming that JC wasn't capable of physical violence, he just doesn't fit into the timeline for this reported incident & isn't named by the claimant. Now to say that we don't know where she got the bruises is true, the only way to know would be to witness the incident. I do think it's common for victims of DV to lie & say they bumped into walls or fell down stairs to account for their injuries too.

I'm just putting 2 & 2 together. It has been claimed/rumored/reported/testified too.... however you'd like to put it, that BD was a psycho, that he stalked her & that he beat her & then I have fact from a court docket that says he assaulted someone & had a TRO put out on him. If it somehow comes out in the wash that his charges & the TRO are completely unrelated to Lisa, well then my most heart felt apologies but I don't think that's the case & that's why I don't understand why he was invited to the funeral.

My main point which I apologize for not making clearly, was that we do not know who beat Lisa up because it could have been anyone. Yes, someone punched her friend, but that does not necessarily equate that the same person made Lisa black and blue.
Though the odds probably are high. I just thought that JC was the one who punched the friend and the X was the one accused of 'possibly bruising Lisa.' So I guess I am still mixed up. :-( Duh.

I found TW's record interesting as well. I think the people at WOW should post that as well. It seems they're blaming the Mother of a murder victim, indirectly. Blaming Mother's is part of the War on Women, is it not? Smiley_emoticons_wink

I surmise that she's trying to cover for her phone calls to the victims around the time of their deaths. She called a friend of a friend to establish a storyline.

True. This was reported by a friend of Lisas who said that JC punched Lisas roommate in the stomach which caused Lisa to break her lease with the roommate & move back in with her parents in Nov/Dec 2010. The roommate reportedly never filed a complaint with LE out of respect for Lisa Smiley_emoticons_skeptisch

What's interesting is that while looking at Lisas police record under the Sylvania mucipal court website I noticed that the last time Lisa was pulled over & issued a citation was January 14, 2011 for running a red light & her address was listed as a residence on PLUMLEAF in Toledo. Not in Holland or Springfield twnship with her parents. I just chalked it up to not updating her address on her license & not telling LE that she no longer lived there. Now I'm wondering if Lisa did live with her parents afterall & if maybe that's why Maytee kept saying that "They" were house sitting for her parents.......
