so is it true the admin is the person who created Facebook page and also why cant the people at Facebook deactivated the account because of all this. I would be kinda upset if someone I didnt know created a RIP page about one of my family members even if it was out of the kindness of their heart. I feel safe in this forum unlike I ever did in Facebook. Even when I tried to make things private (IN Facebook) not all things were private, you know. You have to give Facebook several things about yourself to register and I found my birthdate and email add was listed. NO WAY TO HIDE IT ..even when I made it private. That is why this forum is great. Private and Safe. I know LC and D arent going to post my birthdate or private email add. Also I believe Facebook also knows if you are trolling someone page. As all the sudden, you will get things like you may want to be friends with this person or that...and was just looking at maybe a friend of friend's page. I admit, I am a Hater of Facebook but a Lover of Mock Forums. LOL

There is a way to keep that info private from certain friends and viewable to others. I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I haven't finished reading all the posts beyond this one. Go to top right of FB page. Hit account and then press privacy settings in drop down box. On left side of the next page choose who u want to see your info (friends only,etc.) Then at bottom of that same page hit customize (small blue letters). The next page will list all the items in your profile and contact info, etc. At the very bottom is your e-mail. Click on the box to the right of that , then hit customize in that drop down box. In the next box that pops up you can hide your e-mail from justice for JC & LS. If u want to make any info private to any other friends just repeat the process. Then u can go back and do the same for your D.O.B. Hope this helps.

The problem/worry is that this is not being handled by the city's large and experienced Detective Bureau but by a tiny Detective Bureau run by the Sheriff's Dept, which normally deals only with traffic and running the local jail, and where appointments made are usually political at the Sheriff's discretion. I am only hoping that the two (?) detectives in their Bureau are up to the task.

As for how the populace feels, bear in mind that each day's newspaper contains reports of shootings, woundings, murders, bodies found here and there, etc. It is hard to keep up and follow it, for the average person.

I'd be willing to bet, "TPD (Toledo Police Department) is involved in this, one way or another.
I can understand WHY no "new" information has been released. Rather than seeing it as odd, I see it as smart. With no arrest yet, they could just be waiting on results, WHY would you provide the public with ANY pertinent information to your case???
I don't see it as odd that they've chosen to hold their cards close to their chests. JMHO

I am so proud of Tiffany. I knew from the start that she has had nothing to do with this and was just trying to help the whole time. I'm so glad she has come on here to defend herself...she has a good heart.

It's been awhile since I listened to the 911 calls. Can anyone who listened recently to the one with Tiffany confirm if she made the following statement, which I found at another forum and assume is quoted from that conversation.

"My friend Johnny and Lisa they were suppose to pick me up, me and my friend. This was at around 11 o'clock. I was on the phone with his gf Ls and we hung up, we all hung up. Then he, I called jc right back, I was gonna tell him that I was gonna run to the store and I would meet him at the house.. he was yellin at someone like, 'I'm on ... he goes..bro who are you.' I called him right back and he didn't answer."

Didn't Tiffany just tell us she was talking to JC, not LS...that she called him back to tell him she was running to the store, and he told her he'd call her back...that she didn't hear anyone yelling....that she didn't contact 911 immediately because she was waiting for him to call...that when he didn't call after an hour or so, she tried unsuccessfully to reach him?

eta: I hope when if/when she returns she can help put the confusion to rest.

Tiffany, I was also wondering if you have EVER heard of the method of murder that Lisa & Johnny died from - being suffocated by plastic bags. It's pretty out of the ordinary. Same for binding people up with tape because that requires a hands on struggle or fight. Can you think of anyone who has talked about killing someone like that? If so, I would understand not saying their name/s here but it would be important to tell the cops.

It was said the house was ransacked before anyone entered the house...that's bothers me. Perhaps said to get the cops to enter the premises? It just seems a little odd to me.

Wow Tiffany! You've been through a lot these past weeks. I have to admit I've really changed my mind (and theories) about this crime. It's SO EASY TO JUDGE (talking only about myself) without having both sides. It is not your obligation to worry about what people think of you. You shouldn't have to give s rats ass about anyone's opinion right now. But I hope you know how much I respect you for the fact you had the balls to share your story. Maybe in some way it can help to get the TRUTH out, since the media only seems interested in the "looney Maytee" version. You're right, if someone has nothing to hide then they deserve to stand up for themselves. You must be a strong woman. Don't know if I could do the same! Good luck with your sweet boys n new baby.

I thought the same thing too, and I'm very glad she came here instead of the Justice for Johnny Clarke and Lisa Straub facebook page to tell her side of the story.

I've bolded the comments in the statement I think she made to the 911 dispatcher. Look at them and then my comments in the paragraph above the eta note. Does that help?

Whether or not she was talkin to Jc or Ls at first!! when he said Ill call u back! I believe she said she was talkin to lisa and in the back ground johnny asked her if she wanted to come over? Am I correct?

i think the members (and lurkers) know the distinction between censoring, muzzling and arbitary banning because someone doesn't like their opinions; and editing to protect innocent parties and minors.
and nobody has been banned.
