A John P Clarke appears in the Toledo Court record with a search reference birthdate of 7/16/1969 but without further cooberation the info is unable to placed here due to its lack of verification....if the birtdate can be seperately verified then this record could be made available

LC I agree that certain things should be limited and I appreciate that.
As far as FB goes...we all know (especially if you have one) people post for attention! T references her children and love for them quite a bit, Mom talks about the pain and turmoil.

I've been reading for the past few days. Very interesting site you have here, I'm really enjoying all the posts.
I have been curious...there has been talk about Tiffany (Ms. T) in the first stages of this thread,
but does anyone know the identity of the "Z" person?
I thought that Mr. "Z" was someone that was dating or linked to Tiffany...
But, when I saw the T on FB from the links here provided...seemed like her partner was an "A"
Also- I found JC's old Myspace page and it looks (imo) that he either had gang ties, or was friends with people
on MS a few years back that were.
I believe that Lisa got involved with a charming bad boy. Sad. :(Oh-forgot, any mention or any new news about this
"Sherita" person?

i know who Z is, but i think he is a juvenile and there is no way i will name him unless/until LE does officially.
and i have no ID on Sherita. but evidently she and Johnny's mom filed restraining orders/criminal complaints for stalking against each other for some reason.

Incredibly interesting discussion. Especially the posts by "unknown" and family friends of Lisa Straub.

I don't think that Johnny's family is involved. I think the Mom made a comment about robbery etc. based upon the information she got from Tiffany about the house being ransacked and Johnny not knowing someone who supposedly entered the house. I also think that Johnny developed his criminal comfort level because he was raised around a certain element. I'm not slamming his family, but there are all kinds of people in the world, as we know.

My gut tells me that Ms. T knows something? The Mom pointed out how unusual it was to wait two hours to report such an unusual, obviously dangerous situation. I agree. I can't get over not calling police, and then going alone to check out a potential robbery. What did she think she could do, lurking around the house by herself? Her story doesn't sit right.

On the matter of plastic bags. I think they were brought to the house. I think a crime was planned by the amateur, gang wanna be types that Johnny may have associated with. I did a bit of research on the plastic bag weaponry used in this crime. Unfortunately, there is a video game that glorifies murder with the use of non-gun related tools, including plastic bags. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manhunt_%28video_game%29

Perhaps the quiet nature of this method is appealing? Guns make noise.

Quick, random thoughts. My apologies for stating the obvious and/or repeating what others may have speculated.

Given rumors about drug deals (and reports of scales being left out) - I think Johnny may have been involved in a transaction and the buyers intended to rob him? Obviously, as others have noted, he's a big guy. He would put up a fight, so there had to be either a gun involved, for control purposes, or more than two people. I think Ms. T, may have arranged the transaction and even been involved in driving the perps to and fro? I don't think anyone who would commit such a crime would want to take several minutes to walk out of the area, and risk being seen? So, I'm not sure if the white van sighting has any relation at all? In fact, I think Ms. T may have wanted to explain her car being in the area, thus the story about driving back to check out the house? She also had to explain why she was on the phone with Johnny at 11ish. IMO, it's plausible that she drove the perps to the house, called Johnny to let him know she and her friends were outside/on the way. He let them in under the premise of completing a transaction. They never intended to pay. And, they wanted a bonus in the form of robbing the house. Lisa was likely in another area, getting ready for bed when things went awry? This might explain her partial state of dress? Ms. T took a couple hours to hashing out her story. She tried to cover all bases, sending texts, explaining her car in the area, etc.

Then again, I may be completely off. Regardless, I bet we'll know very soon. It sounds like there was plenty of evidence left behind.

I would put money on T being involved. Her story makes zero sense. I doubt she wanted her friends dead. In fact, she may not have anticipated a robbery. But IMHO, she knows who's guilty.

I keep having the thought of this being a message to someone,
or to Johnny.....I know that's been mentioned here before.
I think it could have some parts that include that element (drugs/gang ties).
I also thought I saw mentioned here somewhere that someone referred to the scene and the MOD thug/mob/movie "like"?. The jury is still out for me on whether or not the plastic bag murder was premeditated
or heat of the moment/things went too far type of thing.
Oh- Do I remember correctly there was reference to
something being reported about the tape around the bags
being very, very tight?

I agree that she seemed to over react unless, of course, she knew he was getting involved again/still with the wrong people and circumstances; however, my son called 911 when my phone accidentally redialed his number while being bumped in my purse. All he was able to hear was garbled talk, and thought my husband and I were in danger. So, I can see both sides of this.

( mentioned on other posts re: his record)Regardless of the boy's past criminal record, it is still such a tragedy for family and friends to endure.

Good info re: plastic bags used in video game and other murders; likewise, Ted Bundy utilized this method more than once. The book I read on his horrific crimes stated that Ted enjoyed the torture of this type of death as it is not quick at all. Whoever did this( more than one perp to overpower both victims), I believe, wanted as has been said on this site to send a message about money owed or being a narc or whatever. Some have stated that perhaps they used this method b/c the couple knew these people. I don't think this has a bearing b/c if they are going to die, what does it matter if they know their killers? So horrible for the families, regardless. As for me and my family, we are armed, and go to a shooting range to practice self defense. Too many people live in a bubble, believing the world is a nice place. Not that parts of it aren't, but you have to be safety conscious.
