I thought that, too. An argument against that is Johnny was street wise and would have known better than to be put at a disadvantage like being taped up.

When I was a kid, Richard Speck killed all of those nurses in Chicago. He convinced them to let him tie them up, promising he wouldn't hurt them. Right then I learned, NEVER let anyone tie you up, EVER. If they have a gun, you take your chances and fight. If you get shot it's better than what else could happen if you're tied (or taped) up.


That's the same thing they say about someone telling you to get in a car and go with them. Even if they have a knife or a gun, you are better to let them shoot you in public, where people can see, than to let them torture you slowly in private.

Im just going by what is around here where I live...its a smaller town, so we dont have bloods and crips. Well in this case, hopefully the "sentence" will fit the crime. I'm still saying wtf at the leniency I am seeing in the sentencing phase in the Toledo courts. That was used to cause the death of another? Hello Toledo?? This dude had a gun! Whas up with that? It was used in a murder! And he gets out of jail free pass for lying to the popo? When at first he said not guilty? I'm just thinking that just may have something to do with the sito now. Just can't seem to shake that feeling.

hahaha! At about 8:30 PM (it was dark) some guy came knocking at my front door. I put him between 17-20. I said "what do you want?" and he responded with "good evening, mam, how are you tonight?" (going into some sales pitch, obviously) and I say, again "WHAT DO YOU WANT" (and I was very unfriendly) and he says "nevermind" and leaves. Mind you, it's dark, I live in a cul de sac, he's on foot and it freaking freezing outside. I mean WTF? He didn't have a car. I watched him go to the neighbors and overheard something about wheelchair basketball. Well, fuck me, but what is anyone doing out after dark, trying to pitch for donations?

This thread has made me hyper-vigilant! I'm gonna put up a no trespassing sign. Shit, I need to move to Texas, lol.
