Around here, they can go for up to 30 bucks a pill when they are in short supply....but usually around 20-25 bucks a pill according to a family
friend who is a 20 year LE here.

Wow...after all this minutia we get involved in analyzing...this sure does
bring home the reality of what has happened and why we got interested
in this case to begin with.
All finger pointing aside...these families lost one of their most important
people in their lives, that also gave them the most happiness and proud
moments in their lives. (first steps, first days of school, report card day,
graduation etc)
A father lost his son/daughter and a mother lost her son/daughter.
As a mother, I can say, that my babies will always be that...
my babies...no matter how old they get.
I cant even wrap my brain around the pain, loss, emptiness
etc they are all going through....
My heart is broken for them all over again....

We are in a more rural area...Im sure in the bigger cities here its alot less.
My MIL had a cable guy in her house fixing a problem, and he stole a brand
new Rx of vicodin and one of percocet (my SIL's Rx). They are bank around
here...Lots of oil fields in NM and there is a huge drug problem in the oil
fields. Meth is a big one, but heroin is making a comeback, because they
have totally cracked down on the Rx trade here. BUT there are always
Dr.'s ready and willing to take your 85 dollars and give you narcotics
because you *hurt your back*.

I tend to agree with the narcissistic maneuvering done by this woman (Maytee) in the media, and continually on social outlets that she is monopolizing. I honestly believe this woman has mental issues and it has been compounded by this horrific crime. There is rarely if any mention of her husband feelings. Its all about her! I also find it is bewildering that any responsible parent would allow there minor child to participate in facebook discussions where volatile accusations and verbiage are used daily. I think its not the child, but actually the mother playing the role of the minor child. Its very pathetic if you think about it.

It does not take a genius to figure out that whoever perpetrated this crime lacks an education, aspires to be something they truly are not, and will never amount to any self worth or respect in life. Likely a parasite on society and probably a burden upon there family as well. What they need to worry about is, which of his/her crew is going to snitch on them first? Or have they already? Money is a powerful tool! Geez, I bet there is some major insecurities building at this point. It is just a matter of time before the world comes crashing down around them or one turns on another.

Maytee always posted ALOT, before this even happened. She had friended my husband on fb although they never interacted. She, as with me, requested us. Probably for a game or something. Anyway, her behavior was weird enough before that my husband commented to me about her and her posts several times ie: that lady is weird, shes creepy, do you know anything about her? she gives me the creeps etc. So, because of that, i had started paying attention to her, and actually going to her page to read
her posts. There were several times when we would comment to each other she must be on drugs or something because her posts were incoherent and completely unable to be understood. She would sometimes post a HUGE amt of status updates in a short amt of time. Like say, 30 status changes in an hour or 2.
