Certainly NOT a Tiff fan BUT, in her defense that is a cell phone in her hand....zoom in on it. If you are referring to the pregnant girl in a pink shirt sitting down, that is not Tiffany. Look to the left and you will see Tiffany in a white tee shirt, her hair is pulled up like she always wears it.
