Wow Methusala, I want some of that coffee! Well crafted. I just don't see the perpetrators relying on finding the remote in Lisa's unlocked car as a dependable assurance of entry to commit the crime. Further I am assuming that Lisa's car was being used by Johnny to visit friends and watch the game and wasn't available to the perps. I am figuring he didn't have his own car because rumor has him hiding it in a disputed effort to sell it and wasn't being paid for it in timely manner.

I don't think that anyone on this forum has CONFIRMED that he/they were involved in a heroin drug bust. It has been the rumor locally since this case broke that JC sr was involved in a heroin bust/truckoad/ snitch/tongue cutting/ confidental informant gone bad type of scenario. I've heard that rumor twisted up so many times...but locally it's been going around from the get-go.

The best that I can do. In 2008, JCsr had charges filed for possession. There was a bench warrant issued for fta. Then in 2010 JCsr got a ticket driving w/o a license. That case was consolidated with a bunch of earlier traffic citations and the drug charge from 2008. They were all dismissed. The court record states, off docket wrong defendant. And that was June 2010. So it looks like JCsr rap sheet is not as long as it appears. Atleast 6 of the entries were dismissed because they had the wrong man.
