COLUMBUS, Ohio — Police have arrested a man and are looking for three others after a woman said she was tied up and raped inside of east side apartment on Thursday.

The 27-year-old woman was found tied up with duct tape and extension cords inside an apartment on Geers Avenue, 10TV's Shayla Reported.

The woman told officers that she had been sexually assaulted by a group of men.

One of her alleged attackers, William Payne, was taken into custody on Thursday, Reaves reported.

Payne, 43, was charged with rape and kidnapping, police said.

Three other men unidentified men believed to have been involved were not apprehended. The search and investigation was ongoing.

There was something more involved, then. If you tape a plastic bag over my head (put it over my head and then tape it down around my neck) there are going to be no injuries to my neck. That isn't opinion. That is common sense.

If they were choked, yes injuries will appear. Strangled, yes. But not just the simple act of taping a plastic bag over the head, no.

Electrical cords caught my eye too...an earlier thread mentioned an inside scoop from someone that said Lisa and Johnny had been found with electrical cords wrapped around them too...

[/quote]Pence, I remember that post too but that's the only place I remember anyone saying electrical cords were used in the commission of this crime. By electrical cords we mean extension cords?Why not just say extension cords. I've never heard them referred to as electrical cords.
