The additional information from the uncle creates a whole new possible scenario, I agree.

If LS was still in her TGIF uniform, and if even the upstairs bedrooms were ransacked, it is entirely possible that the intruders were already in the home and had been through the house when JC and LS arrived; that JC may have been genuinely surprised and his reaction on the phone was as he and LS came into the house and found the intruders, not the other way around, in which case JC may not have been complicit after all.

Then the fight and struggle may have occurred.

It is unlikely that the intruders would have stayed around to search the upstairs after tying up and suffocating JC and LS. They would have wanted to get out of there.

This of course does not exclude the possibility that the intruders may have tried to force LS to reveal where more valuables could be accessed and found, before killing them and leaving.

Maybe it was expected that they would have gone to pick up Tiffany first, after leaving TGIF and before going home, which would have given the intruders more time at the house; and perhaps LS insisted on going home first to shower and change, which was not expected by whomever planned the robbery.

And the robbers may have let themselves in with the key. Maytee said she had watched it being removed and used many times. Who knows how many people had seen it used, especially if JC and LS had had others over on previous nights?

The girl in the photo commented under one of the photos. She said something like "Aww don't we look cute, meaning me & you Tiff" I clicked on that persons name which led me to her page which led me to all of the statuses that she posted that have been quoted here today.

I know someone else posted, but there has been NO mention of Johnny or his family in anything the Straubs have said. They are definitely distancing themselves. Lisa's uncle said that it was a packed family and the people that were supposed to be there were there.

Also, I think the money was an afterthought...to make it LOOK like a robbery gone bad. I mean, they said nothing about Lisa's purse being missing, which I assume held all her tips for the night which could have easily surpassed the amount in the jar. These assholes went to kill them, the robbery itself was a "cover" for the murder...JMO of course.

Clarke, Jr. Johnny was sweet, loving and kind hearted. He loved life and was the life of the party. He entered Barber School to pursue his dream of owning his own business. Johnny had a smile that could light up a room. Known for his generosity and sense of humor. He loved weight lifting, sports and spending time with family and friends. He was a mama's boy, often saying "mom I love you more than anything". He is so loved and forever missed. This murder was way to planned out, it was someone with a grudge, who was after blood.

These are of course anonymous, maybe useless, clues, but they should at least remind us not to forget there are other leads worth pursuing. The timing of the facebook status change and the fact that this unknown gentleman was the suspect who immediately came to Lisa's friends minds should at least create reasonable doubt in the Ms. T theory for the time being.

Also, if LadyCOp is here or anyone in the know...I DO know Lisa's ex-boyfriends name, what he does for a living, who his family is here in town, and surprisingly....he JUST opened a FB account! Am I allowed to post that info or not?

she's been named in mainstream media. but there are so many peripheral people in the case i don't want to drag in everybody that the victims ever knew yet. or everyone that ever posted on their facebook pages. it's just too soon and there are innocent people who could be hurt, i'd rather err in being discreet.

ECK- for me, it's hard to tell if they are minors or not...- due to privacy settings, and the profile pics that are there...I have a feeling the Z was in the Tiff crowd, and I couldn't find Z on Tiff's page...(FB).
Also- I have seen 2 different sites online that talk of Lis'a ex having a "B" name. Not sure if this is the so called crazy ex.
I'm not naming the old ex, because he has nothing to do (so far) with the case.

Wow amazing, I just listened to the 911 calls.
Listening to Ms. Tiffany, I am completely convinced that she is part of this whole deal. I think she was caught off guard when the mother showed up at the house and started asking her questions. I think she was trying to keep her story straight on the phone with the 911 operator. What disturbs me is that she keeps referring to “her friend Lisa”, I thought she was actually the friend of Johnny….NOT Lisa. I am so confused now. This girl, Tiffany, in my opinion implicated herself. I would have love to have been a fly on the wall in the interrogation room, and see what she said…I am 100% sure she either saw what happened or KNEW what happened. I would love to know why they would be picking her up in the first place, where they going somewhere? If so where? I feel so badly for the families, this mother obviously knows of Johnny’s friends and situations. If she didn’t she would not have been so worried and THOUGHT someone set her son up.
