This -- along with your other posts -- provides the most plausible account that I have read so far.

One thing I really don't know anything about though, is how long it normally takes before arrests are made in cases like this. I mean, I know that there isn't a 'norm' for murder cases, but I have no sense whether the amount of time that has gone by in this case indicates that there are are no leads and that it is becoming a 'cold case', or whether even cases with compelling evidence (but no witnesses) just normally take longer than we might expect.

Truth to be Told doesn't believe it was an elaborate scheme by Maytee to have her child killed but that she may be some how involved...but not in any way by having her child be killed...

The part about them being tied up was discovered by Maytee's cousin, when she looked in the window, just before Johnny's dad broke down the front door. Nobody knew about that until then.

Here is what the newspaper (Toledo Blade) says about the cousin
discovering the bodies. *See bold below* So I beg to differ with you. I believe
Maytee had knowledge that something was going down, but thought it
would just be Johnny tied up or kidnapped....she did not expect whomever
was sent to do a home invasion to kill her kid.

There is NO OTHER REASON FOR HER TO SAY TO A DISPATCHER THAT
HER KID WAS TIED WITH TOWELS OR KIDNAPPED UNLESS SHE HAD
PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF SOMETHING GOING DOWN.

John Clarke boosted the cousin up so she could look inside a window. When he did, she saw the bodies sprawled on the kitchen floor. They both had plastic bags over their heads, and their hands were bound with duct tape, police said.

There is a Sarita woman with the same last name as Maytee's maiden name and this could be a cousin IMO I'm not 100% sure but, the same woman had a stalking order against Maytee IMO this could be the little cousin.

I believe that when Tiffany was here answering questions that she told us that they are 2 different people. I have no luck with the search feature or I would try to find it.

Never thought this case would drag on, this long. I honestly thought it would be cracked early on. This will go down as a cold case, IMO... I'm not surprised, though about the drugs found in both Johnny's & Lisa's system.

I think there was a lot of chaos and when the cousin was screaming to Maytee that she(Maytee) misunderstood and said towels and basement. Lisa had pants under her neck and maybe it appeared to the cousin to be a towel. I think there was a lot of confusion and everyone was upset and "freakin out". What is stange or suspicious to me is when Maytee says something to the effect "whoever robbed and assaulted them kidnapped them. It is as though she knew that a robbery had gone horribly wrong. That comment has always bothered me. And why would you say to Tiffany "you set my son up". It sounds to me that Maytee knew there might be some illegal activities going on there

I bet that after JCsr left with TW (1st 911) that Maytee called a family member and that family member started talking shyt about TW.
I have seen one member of Johnny's family (she was at the cemetary on JC's birthday) that is also tight with the sister of DC.

I bet that most of what Maytee knows about TW came after the fact as second hand info. And most likely from the cousin that was with Maytee during the 2nd 911 call. Imo, it was probably this cousin that set the stage for Maytee to freak out.

I hope and pray to god Maytee gets some closure soon..I believe she has had a nervous break down.. I really hope some arrest's are made soon, very soon... I don't agree with her post's but I still feel very bad that she lost her son the way she did and at his young age.. I can't believe this case hasn't been solved yet.. I can't fully say how I would act in this situation but I know I would lose my mind as well...I don't think Maytee had anything to do with her sons death but I do think she knew what kind of drugs and such he was doing, but no one deserves to suffer at all like he and Lisa did and the way his family has to suffer...

I agree... I also feel very bad for Lisa's family as well. I can't imagine what they could be going through, and I know they have heard about all of the drama on the internet and rumors and speculation and I'm sure that has to be very upsetting for them to see or hear.. I hope I never have to live through anything like what these families are going through, I dont think I would be strong enough to survive it..

My husband is on way to Straubs now...10 min to arrival.

Second 911 Call -Maytee in her car

Johnny's Mother: "I want to know where my son and his girlfriend are at. I want to know if they got abducted by whoever tried to assault them and rob them."

Why would she know that someone was going to rob them and possibly assult them?

Adub, Sarita V. took out a Stalking Civil Protection Order against Maytee 6/18/2010 then 6/24/2010 Maytee takes a SCPO out against Sarita V. its in place for 2 years. Is this the woman that was at the Straub home that night that drove the vehicle? Tit for Tat WHY?

The 2nd 911 was after she had talk to the cousin that gave her a ride over to meet up with TW and JC sr. That cousin must have said things to Maytee to make her suspicious of TW, imho. I do think I know who the cousin was.

I do think I know why, as to the last question, but she was not the cousin that drove Maytee over to the Straub's home on the night of the murders.
