I believe Maytee’s (motherly intuition) is right on about who she is pointing the finger at. But I don’t think the AG scenario fits. Just by what friends have said.

I see complicity or knowledge of “whodunit” just by who TW is associating with. She ain’t that smart! Of course she passed a polygraph! Do I think she did it? Nope, but I bet anything she knows now!

Futile -- I agree about TW. The complicity theory is also interesting and I wonder if they could get TW and the juvenile's mom on that type of charge.

I am also hearing from my T Town connections that the cops are waiting for the juvenile to turn 18 so he can get booked in the adult jail and not juvie.

I'm starting to wonder if the cops are playing a little game with these perps ..... they really may be playing a waiting game and watching to see what is going on.

absolutely. there is no hurry. they know where the actors are. they're not going anywhere.
people make the fatal error of thinking the police are clueless or 'stupid'. there are many people in prison today who made that mistake. the police are simply lining up everything to take to the DA. you never rush a case. you want to have all the evidence needed for conviction, not simply for an arrest. the killer(s) have a false sense of security since they haven't been busted.

I can see LE watching and building their case, gathering as much evidence as possible. I hope that's what they're doing for Johnny and Lisa's case.

But, I'm not sure LE would be waiting intentionally for the alleged suspect to legally become an adult.

Lady Cop: Is the determination of being tried as an adult or a juvenile based on the age of the person at the time the crime was committed (rather than when they're arrested)? Can the DA try some under-aged criminals as adults if the case warrants it (as this one probably would)? TIA.
