RE: Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub case part 2 - NightOwl - 08-25-2011 (08-24-2011, 11:32 PM)HairOfTheDog Wrote: Johnny looks like a big guy and given his record, he does not seem like a wimp. I don't think a kid and small stupid young woman could subdue Johnny and Lisa even if they had weapons. I think Johnny would have fought, rather than rolling over and allowing himself and his girlfriend to be essentially suffocated in her parents' house. He would have nothing to lose, he'd know that they were going to die for sure if he'd didn't try to fight back. So, if there were no external wounds/injuries to the victims (beaten, stabbed, shot), either the kid and the woman are not the killers or they had help from some muscle. Or, Johnny and Lisa were incapacitated before they were killed (but the tox results don't seem to indicate that they ingested enough to be rendered unconscious). I really liked the way you wrote this and totally agree the stupid woman and the side-kick kid - I've ruled AG out for a long time and I just can't see TW with a big shoulder bag hauling in bed bath & beyond bags and a role of duct tape it's enough to make you cry talking about smothering people. TW I rule out and kid. RE: Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub case part 2 - kitty1 - 08-25-2011 (08-25-2011, 12:09 AM)NightOwl Wrote:(08-24-2011, 11:58 PM)kitty1 Wrote: So does TW have a party channel on youtube? That is what I'm getting when I click on the youtube link. Says her name, 25 years old, 3 kids, etc. anybody see what I'm talking about?? Thanks for that. I was getting confused. RE: Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub case part 2 - Sonny223 - 08-25-2011 The most interesting thing is the phone call placed to JC, this would be the TW call.. IMO, that call initiated this whole thing.. She then continued to call/txt JC phone to keep in contact with the perps until they were finished. Since IMO, she was the one that set this shit up..This way,IMO, nobody else's phone was needed.. The times were so close on the calls/txts that LE couldn't tell the difference...Then when it showed on her phone records, the cell phone ping was in the neighbor hood, that's when she said she went to check on him, but that was a good cover, because IMO, it's when she picked up the perps..This is how I see this. All IMO. RE: Johnny S. All IMO. Sonny --- did LE ping phones and find that TW was in the neighborhood at the time of the murders? WOW, that would be damaging. If TW was in the neighborhood then the juvie was too. That would really show that those two were involved!! I think that juvie is in BIG TROUBLE along with TW. UNLESS ----- do you think TW may be snitching on that juvie? It doesn't seem like she has loyalty to anyone ..... just sayin. I hear from peeps in T Town that AG is more of a shoot ya kinda guy. So, if he didn't help his baby momma and the juvie, who did?? They have to have other hoods that they run with who help them pull their little crimes off. RE: Johnny S. OMG. That video was haunting...they were just so cute. I was checking out the background in the video...is that someone apartment or is it someone who lived with their parents? How did you get this video? Like LC said...to see them so animated and so alive...damn, it's just so effing sad. I think what Sonny said makes the most sense of all and he said that's what thought of on the streets, that it was because JC probably owed psychos some $$ and them wanting drugs. To think of two lives lost over something like that ... RE: Johnny S. I don't think a kid and small stupid young woman could subdue Johnny and Lisa even if they had weapons. Being a big guy doesn't translate into tough. For all we know, he might have been the one being bent over in the joint, instead of the one bending over others. A bitch, instead of a ruler. "Mamma's boy" . . . remember? RE: Johnny S. I'm thinking he was more like a thug to be going around robbing people (which momma probably taught him). Not necessarily tough, but a thug willing to hurt/intimidate others to get what he wanted. I think he would have fought for life unless he was powerless. Even if he was a bitch, a druggie little whore and a lackey kid would have a hard time getting a 200 pound guy and an average sized woman taped and bagged without inflicting any injuries, imo. But, who knows, maybe they had a death wish and just complied. RE: Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub case part 2 - Lady Cop - 08-25-2011 i want to elaborate a little on my reply about juveniles being tried as adults. just a point of interest. this applies to florida where i worked, i don't know about other jurisdictions. when a juvenile was going to be tried as an adult he/she was put into our adult jail, in a separate area where adult inmates could not see them. (not little kids, just 16 or 17) if they turned 18 while awaiting trial, they were moved into adult population blocks at one minute after midnight on their birthday! that sure brings it home to them how serious their situation is. Maybe that's why the bitch needed a gun to rob. Normal 'targets' knew he was a pussy, without one. And if you need a gun to be tough, then you are obviously intimidated by them, too. You'll behave just like you wanted your intended victims to behave. Especially, if one is pulled on you. "Hello Mr. Compliant! Now . . . sit down, quit crying like a little bitch and tell us what we want to know. Nah . . . we ain't gonna hurt you . . . if you do what we ask." RE: Johnny S. I still think even a pussy with a will to live would put up a fight against an armed person at the point where it's clear you're going to die, nothing to lose if you want to live. Being compliant while you still think you could live is one thing. When your assaulter pulls out the duct tape, you'd start resisting against two smaller people whom you know, imo. I just don't see the ex-girlfriend and the kid pulling this off on their own for those reasons. I could be wrong... RE: Johnny S. I'll buy that. Except, if you didn't think the killers were serious and this is just a bad dream. Or the threats and binding is just part of "the plan". RE: Johnny S. Maybe they were only supposed to be taped up when found, but the killers got what they wanted from the house (or not) and took it a step further after the victims were bound. No enemies, no drugs, probably no real arrest record (maybe his identity was stolen like momma's). Bullshit The list of potential suspects within his circle of friends and associates is probably long, RE: Johnny S. RE: Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub case part 2 - Realistic - 08-25-2011 I am really leaning toward TW and Z being involved -- with help from others. She was prego and he's kinda runty from what I understand. They would have to have help. Is it possible that others went into the house and TW and Z may have been the distraction for JC and Lisa. But it wouldn't change the result. TW and Z would still be part of the murder and would face the same fate as the others. RE: Johnny S. I don't think I've canonized any of the players in this case, by a long shot. Nor did I suggest you did. It's ignoring the 'elephant in the room' not considering or voicing that one or both of the dear departed were possibly involved in a robbery gone wrong. With their circle of "friends" . . . I'd venture to guess it's very likely probable. Raising possibilities and probabilities is not disparaging the victims. Stating that he willingly dropped his shorts and sold his ass for smokes, while serving time, is. Especially if they were generic . . . not name brand ciggies. RE: Johnny S.
