it means that the prosecutor's office did not present all the evidence they have, but simply the facts of the 2 murders and enough probable cause to indict.
most Grand Juries will go along with a prosecutor's office and, as the old adage says, will "indict a ham sandwich".

but bottom line is, they only revealed what they had to. they didn't give all their evidence.

I've heard rumor that male first initial M checked himself into psych care due to "involvement" and feeling heat from LE after SW arrest - haven't seen this particular one discussed on mock so far but as I said its rumor unsubstantiated - just thought I'd share. Also have seen that MVC has been harassing SW extended family - shocker.

I wish someone would step in and save what can be saved, the two little boys. There probably isn't a decent family member for them to go to, though. The problems seem to be generational.

The murderers are first and foremost the reason those kids are dead, but YOU are also the reason those kids are dead. YOU brought that kind of lifestyle to YOUR family which led YOUR son to be around all the wrong people. Which in turn led Lisa into it when she became involved with YOUR son.

The BOTTOM LINE is, if Lisa had not gotten involved with YOUR son, those pieces of shit would never have shown up to the house that night, period. This had NOTHING to do with the Straubs or the fact that they were watching the house that night. It all comes down to YOU and YOUR son and what YOU both brought to the "suburbs."

The BOTTOM line is that you are completely and pathetically jealous of the Straubs, just as you were jealous of Lisa. Your obvious over-the-top mourning of Lisa just proves how fake you really are. that means they upped the simple murder charge to aggravated which made it death-penalty eligible. and the kidnapping makes it more serious as well. kidnapping can be just moving a person from one room to another against their will.

it's easy to google legal terms/statutes for your state if it helps. Smiley_emoticons_wink for example. aggravated murder elements include:

§ 2903.01. Aggravated murder
(B) No person shall purposely cause the death of another or the unlawful termination of another's pregnancy while committing or attempting to commit, or while fleeing immediately after committing or attempting to commit, kidnapping, rape, aggravated arson, arson, aggravated robbery, robbery, aggravated burglary, burglary, terrorism, or escape.

I heard this too. And I heard a few weeks back that one of these other players they were putting heat on tried to commit suicide.

I know the Straubs business is way off limits, but could u tell us if the lawsuit was before or after the murders?? .....

And one more thing.... My favorite thing momma Clarke has said so far is how ...the suburbs and it's element killed them (something along those lines) ... That's classic. Absolutely fucking classic.

"When you're strangled, you are fighting and gasping for every breath you take," he said.

Mr. Verbosky said despite comments from members of Clarke's family that they speak on behalf of both the victims, Miss Straub's parents, through him, are only the voice of their daughter.

"Jeff and Mary Beth [Straub] will speak on Lisa's behalf," he said, adding that the family knows that there is a long road ahead of them. "… The family is definitely ready to be there and will be there [in court]."

You cannot disagree that its a great day when you can see in black and white that Maytee does not speak for Lisa or the Straub family. It says so much on many levels.

Now what we have to hope for, is a court order pertaining to two specific things.

1.) An order to shut down Maytee’s lies, false accusations, and basically muzzle her. It will happen. There is no doubt they will not put up with her sideshow antics.

2.) To prohibit Maytee for using any image of Lisa. Now there is some justice for Lisa’s memory!

Now that would be true justice. I think that is what bothers me regarding this whole thing. Maytee sullies the memory of that lovely girl.

We were all her age at one time. Most of us had a few years of hard partying. We got to grow out of that stage and become the people we are today.

Lisa didn't get that chance and the kitchen witch doesn't seem to understand that she shouldn't associate her white-trashiness (although, to be honest, Maytee isn't exactly white) to Lisa.

Maytee is victimizing Lisa's memory and she needs to stop.
