As a mother, I am so torn on this subject. If it is medically necessary for the mother or unborn child to abort- then let the govt pay for it. If it is not medically necessary then the govt doesn't pay for an abortion. However, the woman that wants the abortion should automatically be put in contact w/a family that wants to adopt. Maybe the woman would even have to sign a contract saying that upon the child's birth she MUST give the child up to the family. I don't know, I just can't stomach the idea of an innocent child being aborted. That baby did not choose it's parents.
