I actually had an asswipe cop do that to me. Was cruising along on the highway, right next to a cop. My speedometer read I was doing 65..but yet I was slowly (VERY slowly) passing him (he was in the lane to the left of me). He turned on his loudspeaker, and informed me he was doing 65, and that I needed to slow down.
