RE: 2012 ELECTION - Duchess - 10-30-2011

Herman gives me a bad vibe.

RE: 2012 ELECTION - Cracker - 10-30-2011

Why?

I don't really like any of the choices this time around. Mitt is LDS, that will fuck him. Mormons believe strange things. And they hate gays and think women should be subservient, so that screws him.

Perry is catering to the illegals, and that pisses me off. He should cater to Americans. It's our country.

Ron Paul is too old. I really like what he stands for, but he missed his time. He should be doing one-armed push ups if he wants to win...

I like Herman Cain's tax policy (very close to a flat tax/luxury tax system) but he didn't serve his country. We shouldn't elect any more Commander In Chiefs who haven't served. If you can only serve yourself, fuck off. You haven't earned your spot at the head. Same with Mitt.

I'm very disillusioned this time. I'll probably throw my vote away on Ron Paul if he makes it that far...

I can't answer that in a satisfactory way. I look at him & feel wary.

Me too but I'm trying to remain hopeful. I'm not excited about any of my choices & I'm really, REALLY tired of always have to think of the lessor of two evils when it comes to a choice.

RE: 2012 ELECTION - Cracker - 10-30-2011

It used to be easier to tell who the good guys were.

We need another hero.

Our values have changed drastically in the last 25 years. My America, the country of my youth, is almost gone. What remains is a welfare state full of stupid, lazy people.

I'm not sure why this happened. I know the people who are working hard and doing the right things can't be blamed for it. They are minding their own business. If you look at it, you have to place blame on the pieces of shit in our society and the ignorant yuppies who feel sorry for them. The lazy spread their lazy seed and we are all supposed to care. Fuck that. We will reach a point of economic meltdown soon and decent people will stop feeling sorry for the lesser among us. Because they are lesser. They can't even take care of themselves or their children...

Hmmmm....I'd love to see some amazing candidate come from this.

Nonpartisan group has Plan B for picking president

By NANCY BENAC

Associated Press

6:50 p.m. CDT, November 1, 2011
WASHINGTON— Lots of people complain about the shortcomings of the country's two-party system for picking a president. Now a nonpartisan group is gathering millions of petition signatures -- and dollars -- to offer people a Plan B.

Americans Elect, which grew out of a failed 2008 effort to provide an alternative in the presidential race, aims to secure a slot on the November ballot in all 50 states for a to-be-determined candidate who would be nominated in the nation's first online convention next summer.

The group, whose backers include both Republicans and Democrats anxious to open up the political process, has raised $22 million so far and secured ballot slots in Florida, Alaska, Nevada, Kansas, Arizona and Michigan. It has submitted signatures for certification in California, Utah and Hawaii.

Americans Elect, whose slogan is "pick a president, not a party," appears to be on track to secure ballot access across the country, with 1.9 million signatures collected so far. But how it will affect the 2012 race depends on what kind of candidate its delegates select in next June's online convention, which will be open to any registered voter.

Stupid Cain. Why run if you know you have that in your closet?

I found this amusing:

"Obama could be in a coma, or John McCain could be President, and the troops would still be coming home by the end of the year because that is what is required by the terms of the U.S.-Iraqi security agreement negotiated by President Bush in 2008. Obama wanted to keep troops in Iraq after the end of the year, but failed in negotiations with the Iraqis to extend immunity for U.S. troops beyond the end of the year. So instead of announcing that failure, he made lemonade out of lemons by announcing that he is bringing the troops home by the end of the year. That's like announcing that he will make the sun rise in the east tomorrow morning. Obama has no more control over when the troops come home than he has over the sun. The troops will come home when the U.S.-Iraqi security agreement says they will come home.

There is no foreign policy success here; there is no keeping of a campaign promise. It's just a matter of doing what the 2008 agreement says he must do -- get out by the end of the year. In fact, he had the authority under the 2008 agreement to unilaterally bring all the troops home long before this (as he had promised during the campaign) but he chose not to do that, and instead tried for more than a year (and is still trying) to keep troops in Iraq beyond the end of the year. And yet, all the way to the election, he and a compliant press will tell all us gullible folk that Obama has scored a great foreign policy victory and kept a campaign promise. Hardly."

Black folks tend to forget details, I guess.

Rick Perry needs to walk away right now. I cringed watching the clips of him trying to remember the name of "that department".

I didn't like that much either, mainly because I can think of a dozen or more federal agencies that need to go away.

Three is a drop in the bucket.

Half the people in America aren't paying their share. That's bullshit. They won't want to pay the 999 plan because then they would actually have to pay something. I bet people will start bitching more about this, poor people, instead of using it is incentive to do better.

Do you know who came up with the idea of progressive taxation?

I'm part of the 53% that fucking pays for everything while the 47% bitch and moan. How the fuck can anyone bitch when they pay NO INCOME TAXES? WTF? Pay your share. Then we will all be in the 100% and I won't hate you so much for being a fucking loser that can't even afford to pay for your own stuff.

The economic disparity in the top percentile is greater than that found in the rest of the population. Much greater.

So tell me, how many offshore bank accounts do you have?

RE: 2012 ELECTION - Duchess - 11-23-2011

Go Ron!

Ron Paul went out of his way to emphasize his support for medical marijuana, insisting that marijuana laws should be set not by the federal government but by the states.

"You can at least let sick people have marijuana because it's helpful," Paul said. "But the compassionate conservatives say, well we can't do this, we're going to put people who are sick and dying with cancer and are being helped with marijuana if they have multiple sclerosis -- the federal government is going in there and overriding state laws and putting people like that in prison."

Who cares what the income disparity is for people other than myself? Why is that anybody's business other than their own? Why does anybody else think it is their business?

Greed causes envy. Some people just can't stand it that other people have things they don't have.

Socialism starts when you compare your pile to my pile. I made my pile myself. You just worry about your pile.

It isn't a huge conspiracy. It is luck combined with hard work. Are some people dishonest? Yes. Are some people good honest workers? Yes. Is life fair? No, grow the fuck up.

A new woman has come forward with allegations against Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, this time claiming the two had a 13-year extramarital affair, but Cain and his advisers deny the claims, just as they have denied the sexual harassment claims that have set back his campaign.

Cain, in an apparent effort to get ahead of the story, appeared Monday afternoon in a cable news interview before the Georgia woman's story aired and said she is "someone who I know, who is an acquaintance, who I thought was a friend," though he denied an affair.

He later issued a statement suggesting the woman's story was another example of "dirty politics and smear tactics" and evidence some people are "afraid of a Cain presidency."

"My plan is to continue to spread my vision on how I would renew America and keep her safe," he said. "I will not fight false claims, as it is not what America needs or wants."

Liar

edit to add: the old whore screwed cain for 13 years and has 2 young kids? hmmmm

she has been evicted several times lately, and has no job.

RE: 2012 ELECTION - Duchess - 11-29-2011

I'm not surprised in the least. I no longer pay any attention to him whatsoever, he doesn't get any consideration. The fact that he let his wife attempt to defend the charges of infidelity in the beginning was further proof (to me) that he has no business in the White House. Fight your own battles, you black fuck.

RE: 2012 ELECTION - Duchess - 11-30-2011

According to the Wall Street Journal, Herman & his staff are rethinking their campaign.

He's been an epic failure, to continue now would be to waste what would probably amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars, same goes for Michelle, just stop now, stop wasting money, you are not electable.

RE: 2012 ELECTION - Maggot - 11-30-2011

I find it funny that when Ron Paul said audit the Fed and do away with it nobody cared. Now all these other clowns want the Fed audited. WTF ...........now its news?

7 trillion dollars has been spent by the fed in the last 3 years, and you want Herman baby to stop spending a few thousand dollars?

This is why this country is fucked up the small picture is always more important.
